|部署・役職名||Professional Services Director for Marketing Intelligence solution|
The Director, Professional Services will be responsible for client implementations and on－boarding process in the Japan Market.
・Be responsible for building and scaling the Professional Services organization in Japan in order to provide best in class on boarding experience and high－impact results
・Manage a team of direct ＆ indirect reports
・Assign staff to projects and optimal resource management.
・Ensure client implementations are delivered in a manner which meets/exceeds customer expectations.
・Develop and implement plans to meet professional services KPIs in the region.
・Technical enablement of the partner ecosystem
・Communicate with clients regarding project process, keys to success, implementation guidelines and time and cost estimates.
・Act as the customer’s focal point for implementation related aspects.
・Compile dependencies, commitments and development milestones into a project plan. Track and update the plan on a regular basis.
・Monitor project costs and budget.
・Communicate project status internally and to the customer. Ensure that any issues which may impact objectives are brought forward and addressed.`
・Assist project engagement managers in the execution of project plans and ensure that all team members understand their assigned responsibilities.
・Manage the project’s risks, changes and documentation.
・Establish clear objectives for implementation projects.
・Strong ability to solve problems.

【必須（MUST）】・8 years’ experience in SaaS solution delivery.
・4 years’ experience in managing a team.
・Previous experience in BI tools implementation
・Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers, partners and internal teams
・Excellent communication, problem－solving and organizational skills
・Fluent or Native Japanese and Conversational ＆ Written English
