Advise on client strategy building new SAP solutions for the digital era.
Create client roadmaps and solutions to build the digital enterprise with SAP’s next generation products as the digital core solution. Lead workshops for solution design and architecture.
Engage in marketing activities to support SAP growth.
Provides the ultimate solution design and architecture for multiple projects.
Provides business level input and identifies areas of efficiency and cost savings within the project and solution context.
Engagement in the Sales process during bids as Solution Lead
Active involvement in key client presentations
Managing pre－sales activities for the solution line
Ultimately accountable for overall Technical Solution of multiple projects and solutions, ensuring best practice approach and design is implemented

10＋ years of relevant Customer Experience （CX） advisory and consulting experience, interacting with CxO’s and other client executives
7＋ years of experience in consulting and implementation of SAP C/4HANA [Customer Experience （CX） / （Hybris）] solutions
Deep knowledge and professional experience in several of the following SAP CX （previously branded as Hybris） products is required:
SAP Marketing Cloud
SAP Commerce Cloud
SAP Sales Cloud
SAP Service Cloud
SAP Customer Data Cloud
Deep understanding of B2B and B2C processes across several industries
Experience in presales and business development for SAP C/4HANA, CRM or Hybris related services.
Experience in software development and architecture across the Enterprise Customer Experience landscape
Deep knowledge in SAP’s C/4HANA software stack, able to architect client solutions and define best solution implementation approach
Strong understanding and experience in Enterprise and Microservice designs, TDD, design patterns, simple design, SOA.
Knowledge of project methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Waterfall
Proven experience in leading multiple, full lifecycle project implementations
Strong collaboration skills and drive to lead pre－sales opportunities （end－to－end）
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and maintenance.

Qualifications And Certifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field preferred
SAP CX certifications – Commerce, Sales, Service, Marketing – highly desirable
Project Management certifications （Agile and/or traditional delivery approaches）
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, and Japanese organisation skills and analytical capabilities
Proactive, flexible approach and attitude, remaining calm under pressure
