仕事内容 About the Role:
Our Company is hiring for a new Community Ops Lead. This role directly supports our member-facing Community teams and reports directly to the Community Director of the region. The ideal candidate is excellent at operations and back-of-the-house support, and passionate about delivering best-in-class service to our members. Alongside other Community Ops Leads, you will support the Community Associates, Community Leads, and Community Managers of each location to enable our members to create their life’s work.

As a Community Ops Lead, you will support the Community teams to achieve the following:
・Ensure that your buildings are fully operational through management of the main support platforms for your locations, such as Zendesk and Dialpad
・Create and sustain relationships with cross-functional departments such as billing, facilities, security, IT, and digital to support member requests
・Demonstrate core values and strive to achieve our mission
・Take direction from the Community Director to support the Community Teams as necessary

Your key responsibilities will be in the following areas:
Human Connection:
・Communicates with members in a warm and professional way through digital tools: tickets, email, or phone
・Makes operational decisions from a Member-centric mindset. Gathers and analyzes information about the members to make informed decisions
・Adapts operational actions to suit each building’s community needs

Growth:
・Is a spokesperson and clearly articulates the Our story and value proposition

Event Management:
・Supports the planning and supervision of educational, professional and personal development events based on members needs

Operations and Management:
・Ensures Zendesk tickets and maintenance projects are being resolved in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of member experience
・Sets and maintains an accelerated pace for deliverables with dates and clear follow-ups to Leadership
・Supports teams to manage operational excellence with weekly and monthly building targets

Business Acumen:
・Be accountable for the highest level of member experience in the buildings
・Operates from a flexible mindset to lead operational needs over multiple buildings as needed
・Supports the Community Manager in the operational building succession strategy

Leadership:
・Be responsible for leading self and others. Always leads by example
・Guides and directs Community Leads and Community Associates in operational excellence

Required Experience and Skills:
・You demonstrate excellence in the core competencies of Human Connection, Growth, Event Management, Operations, Business Acumen, and Leadership.
・College graduate with a four-year degree
・At least 2-3 years of operations or customer-service related work experience in a medium to high growth company and/or entrepreneurial environment
・Financial literacy and business operations experience a plus
・Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
・Strong verbal and written communication skills
・Language ability:
・Japanese: Native fluency preferred (spoken and written)
・English: Business level English preferred
・Strong preference for candidates who are:
・Proficient with Zendesk
・Proficient with Excel
・Experienced in building and evaluating customer support processes and tools
