仕事内容 Role・業務内容:
• Primarily responsible for the entire Japan sales and business development
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan for rapid development of overall in the business
• Prepares the business development plan and define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives for all the EAG Businesses in Japan
• Determine and identify new opportunities by analyzing business needs of all divisions
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
• Increase the company’s involvement with existing clients and improve customer intimacy
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Develop and implement strategies for new services and new industries
• Prepare commercial report, KPI follow up, plan and strategy to present to the management on regular basis
• Reports to Japan general manager
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

Requirements
• BS/MS degree in Material Science or related field
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
