Join us in this Tokyo based opportunity as an Account Delivery Lead managing local clients. You will be the single point of accountability for the realization of the business benefits expected from the transformation of our client. Summary The ADL works in close partnership with the CE to manage all aspects of account performance, with a key focus on the existing “run” and “projects” business with the client. The ADL will ensure services are delivered to contracted service levels, and costs are reduced in line with revenue reductions, contracted price reductions or productivity initiatives. Essential Job Functions • Being the principal contact for all delivery issues on the account and developing and nurturing an excellent client relationship at the executive level in conjunction with the CE through: • Pro-active and open communication and providing a secure and reliable pair of hands whilst presenting a “One” view while considering the client’s viewpoint first and foremost for delivery related topics • Understanding the client at the local, country, region, and WW level to contribute to the client’s strategic business plan to drive customer satisfaction and growth and to analyses delivery requirements • Create incremental revenue opportunities, supporting the CE’s growth agenda and drive transformation of the client environment to deliver high-value, cost-effective services • Establishing the customer as a reference account by efficient and effective service delivery and proactive management of issues that could impact service and/or client satisfaction additionally providing continual quality and cost improvement aligned to the client business priorities • Conducting a service baseline review documenting the current mode of operation (CMO) service level performance, incident, problem and change levels and any other relevant activity that could usefully describe the experienced level of service maturity before takeover (as required for new clients/scope). Maintaining and reviewing the baseline to identify growth opportunities • Building and implementing quality services and solutions • Integrating and co-coordinating services from delivery functions and between company and 3rd-party suppliers • Reviewing and approving any and all transition and transformation program and project business cases/plans • Ensuring the Phase In (transition) and transformation programs are effectively managed and deliver the expected benefits on time and at planned cost • Demonstrating effective program management and management of change capability • Facilitating prompt identification and resolution of delivery issues |
