The Segment Operations Manager is part of Regional Operations in the Customer and Partner Services （CPS） organization and works directly with senior sales/channels and other cross－functional internal stakeholders to provide world class operations management and advisory services. These services include
1.Commit management services involving ensuring visibility to CPS leadership and sales leadership around commit execution and proactive risk mitigation of impact to commit through deal readiness and other engagement
2.Engagement for sourcing strategic deals across product, service, software and solution offerings of strategic to the business
3.Performance management reviews of CPS services enabling key business priorities of country leadership team
4.Driving initiatives to address opportunities for improvement, unaddressed problems relevant to the country / segment in operational white space areas within the operations organization
5. Represent the voice of the country/segment in key program/capability/transformation roll－outs and proactively address relevance/adoption issues
6. And last but not the least driving the actions with stakeholders to ensure that the quality of booking and other compliance norms for the country/segment are met and maximize revenue attainment for the country/segment
【必須（MUST）】1 － Requires BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 7＋ years related experience
2 － Fluent in spoken ＆ written English
3 － Data analytics skills with ability to translate data into business intelligence
4 － Proven ability to influence and lead outside of organization, across roles and functions with key decision makers
5 － Demonstrated planning and leadership skills.
6 － Enjoys working in a fast paced changing environment. Demonstrated, take－charge attitude, and able to demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
7 － Excellent communication skills at all levels of management －－ presentation as well as personal, soft skills; advanced PowerPoint skills preferred and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

3 － DMAIC is preferred
5 － CCNA/CCNP/CCIE is big plus
