|仕事内容||The mission of Country manager is quickly to establish the best luxury brands’ E－commerce one－stop service for your local/global brand customers in Korea market to make our Groupe be the most customer centric company in Japan and Asia. The roles and responsibilities of the successful candidate are, 1） Head and Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Korea EC business market. 2） Have full accountability for setting and achieving operational KPI 3） Conduct strategic planning, close the deal, staffing for Korea office in the furfure. 4） Represent “Global Experiences and local needs” within the company and work virtually with Japan team to enhance customer experience in every business process. 5） Identify improvement opportunities and innovation from customer contacts for not only local site internal but also across the company to drive cross－functional.|

使用期間：3 months （can be extended to 6 months at maximum）
【必須（MUST）】・ ＋3－year experience in E－Commerce, any Brands management（Fashion/Cosmetics etc.）
・ ＋ 3－year experience of organization （＋ 20 employees） through 2 to 3 layers.
・ Fluent in English or Japanese, both speaking and writing （conference call and face to face meeting with Japan counter parties.
【歓迎（WANT）】・Analysis experience in E－ Commerce Operations
・Operations Research or Capacity Planning experience
・Basic/Working knowledge of online marketing
・Experience utilizing e－commerce platform such as EC－Cube, Salesforce
・Strong commitment to exceptional customer experience, and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team and cross－functional environment
・Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
