With over 30,000 employees worldwide, we operate globally in the fields of digital transformation, IT services, and cybersecurity. ■ 職務内容クライアントの要件を理解し、SAP生産計画（PP）および品質管理（QM）モジュールにおける実装、開発、サポート活動の計画・実行を担うSAP PPコンサルタントを募集しています。ビジネスプロセスの設計、システム設定、他モジュールとの統合など、SAP導入のライフサイクル全体に関与し、クライアントに最適なソリューションを提供していただきます。 ■ Role Overview We are seeking an SAP PP Consultant responsible for planning and executing SAP implementation, development, and support activities regarding SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. You will understand client requirements, design business processes, configure systems, and integrate with other modules, participating in the entire SAP implementation lifecycle to deliver optimal solutions to clients. ■主な業務内容 1. 要件定義とソリューション設計・クライアントの要件を理解し、ソリューションおよび機能仕様を提供し、それに合わせてシステムを設定する。・ブループリント（青写真）策定のためのプレゼンテーションやワークショップ資料を作成し、クライアントへ提示する。 2. プロセス定義とドキュメント作成・クライアントが提案するビジネスプロセスについて、Microsoft Visioを用いてプロセスフローを作成する。・提供するソリューションに対するプロセス定義書/設計書（PDD/BDD）およびビジネスプロセス手順書（BPP）を作成する。 3. システム設定・実装・統合・SAP PPおよびQMプロセスの計画と実行を担当する。クライアントの基準に準拠したQMモジュールの設定と成果物の納品を行う。・PPおよびQMモジュールを他のSAPモジュール（WM、PMなど）や外部アプリケーション（LIMSなど）と統合する。 4. テスト・運用サポート・単体テスト、サイクルトスト、および統合テストを実施する。アップグレード後のテストスクリプトの作成とテスト実行を行う。・ユーザーマニュアルの作成やユーザーサポート活動を提供する。 5. コラボレーションと報告・オンサイトチームやクライアントと定期的に連携し、良好な関係を維持する。・日次/週次の電話会議にてステータス報告（進捗共有）を行う。 ▼Key Responsibilities • Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly. • Create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint and present them to the client. • Create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio, Process Definition/Design Documents (PDD/BDD), and Business Process Procedures (BPP). • Plan and execute SAP Implementation, Development, and Support activities for SAP PP and QM. Configure SAP QM conforming to client standards. • Integrate PP and QM modules with other SAP modules (WM, PM) and external applications (LIMS). • Perform Unit Testing, Cycle Testing, Integration Testing, and prepare test scripts for post-upgrade testing. • Prepare user manuals and provide user support activities. • Regularly interact with the onsite team/client, maintain cordial relationships, and provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls.
労働条件	就業場所：東京会社の所定労働時間は、月曜日から金曜日までの1日8時間とします。従業員の通常の勤務時間は午前9時00分から午後6時00分までとし、午後12時00分から午後1時00分までの1時間を昼食休憩時間とします。
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 ▼Experience • 2 to 3 years of functional domain experience. • 6 to 8 years of working on the PP and QM module in SAP implementation projects / Maintenance projects. • Implementation experience should be in version 4.7 upwards. • Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies. ・機能ドメインにおける2〜3年の経験。・SAPの導入プロジェクトまたは保守プロジェクトにおける、PPおよびQMモジュールの6〜8年の実務経験。・バージョン4.7以降での実装経験。・ASAPなどの構造化された導入方法論の経験。 ▼Technical Depth • Sound experience in PP and QM processes, Document management system, and Engineering change management. • Hands-on experience in configuring/defining the following in the QM module: QM in procurement, Source inspection, Vendor evaluation, Vendor selection QM in logistics, incoming, in-process & outgoing Certificate of analysis, Quality control, Notification, Test equipment & SPC, Auditing, Batch management ・PPおよびQMプロセス、文書管理システム、設計変更管理に関する確かな経験。・QMモジュールにおける以下のハンズオン設定・定義経験：調達におけるQM、ソース検査、ベンダー評価、ベンダー選択ロジスティクスにおけるQM、受入・工程内・出荷分析証明書、品質管理、通知、テスト機器とSPC、監査、バッチ管理 ▼Communication & Soft Skills • Should have good written and oral communication skills. • Must be a good team player. ・優れた文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル。・チームプレイヤーとして業務を遂行できること。 ▼Language • Must have Japanese proficiency. ・日本語能力（必須）。 ▼Education • BE / MCA (Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Computer Applications). ・工学学士号（BE）またはコンピュータアプリケーション修士号（MCA）。【歓迎（WANT）】 ▼Preferred Qualifications • ECC 6 would be a plus. • SAP Certification on QM/PLM Module. • Used Solution Manager in the implementation. • Worked on integration with other modules like MM, WM, SD, PM, PP. ・ECC 6の経験があれば尚可。・QM / PLMモジュールのSAP認定資格。・導入においてSolution Managerを使用した経験。・MM、WM、SD、PM、PPなどの他モジュールとの統合経験。
