■ 職務内容
エンタープライズ向けクラウドトランスフォーメーション（変革）イニシアチブにおいて、アセスメント、アーキテクチャ設計、および移行計画を主導するシニアクラウドアーキテクトを募集しています。
本ポジションは、既存のインフラストラクチャおよびアプリケーションを評価し、移行戦略を定義し、モダナイゼーションプログラムのためのスケーラブルでセキュアなクラウドアーキテクチャを設計する役割を担います。インフラ、アプリケーション、DevOpsの各チームと緊密に連携して、ターゲットとなるクラウド環境を確立し、移行およびモダナイゼーション活動の実行を牽引していただきます。

■ Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to lead the assessment, architecture design, and migration planning for enterprise cloud transformation initiatives. The role involves evaluating existing infrastructure and applications, defining migration strategies, and designing scalable, secure cloud architectures for modernization programs.
The architect will work closely with infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams to establish target cloud environments and guide the implementation of migration and modernization activities.

■主な業務内容
1. アセスメントと移行戦略
・クラウド移行イニシアチブに向けた、インフラストラクチャおよびアプリケーションのディスカバリー（棚卸し）と技術的アセスメントを主導する。
・オンプレミスのデータセンターインフラ（特にVMwareおよびHyper-V）のアセスメントを実施する。
・リホスト、リプラットフォーム、モダナイゼーションなどの移行戦略とアプローチを定義する。

2. アーキテクチャ設計とドキュメント作成
・ネットワーキング、セキュリティ、アイデンティティ、運用フレームワークを含む、ターゲットとなるクラウドアーキテクチャを設計する。
・クラウドインフラおよび移行アーキテクチャのハイレベルデザイン（HLD）およびローレベルデザイン（LLD）のドキュメントを作成する。
・データベースの移行およびモダナイゼーション戦略を評価する。

3. コラボレーションと実行支援
・アプリケーションチームと協力し、アプリケーションのモダナイゼーションやクラウドネイティブ導入の機会を特定する。
・クラウドエンジニアリングチームと緊密に連携し、アーキテクチャを実装パターンや移行ウェーブ（段階的移行計画）に落とし込む。

4. コミュニケーションとガバナンス
・技術ワークショップ、アーキテクチャレビュー、およびステークホルダーとのディスカッションを支援・推進する。
・セキュリティ、ガバナンス、および運用のベストプラクティスを遵守・徹底する。

▼Key Responsibilities
• Lead infrastructure and application discovery and technical assessment for cloud migration initiatives.
• Experience assessing Prem datacenter infrastructure, especially on VMware and Hyper-V
• Define migration strategies and approaches such as rehost, replatform, and modernization.
• Design target cloud architecture, including networking, security, identity, and operational frameworks.
• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for cloud infrastructure and migration architecture.
• Evaluate database migration and modernization strategies.
• Collaborate with application teams to identify opportunities for application modernization and cloud-native adoption.
• Work closely with cloud engineering teams to translate architecture into implementation patterns and migration waves.
• Support technical workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure security, governance, and operational best practices.
労働条件 就業場所：東京
会社の所定労働時間は、月曜日から金曜日までの1日8時間とします。従業員の通常の勤務時間は午前9時00分から午後6時00分までとし、午後12時00分から午後1時00分までの1時間を昼食休憩時間とします。
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

▼Experience
• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure and cloud architecture.
• Experience migrating enterprise workloads from on-premise environments (VMware or similar) to cloud platforms.

・インフラストラクチャおよびクラウドアーキテクチャにおける15年以上の経験。
・オンプレミス環境（VMware等）からクラウドプラットフォームへのエンタープライズ・ワークロードの移行経験。

▼Technical Depth
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture and migration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration tools and approaches.
• Experience designing secure landing zones, networking architecture, IAM, and operational frameworks.
• Familiarity with database migration and modernization strategies (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD integration, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Strong architecture documentation skills including HLD and LLD creation.

・AWSクラウドアーキテクチャおよび移行フレームワークに関する強固な専門知識。
・クラウド移行ツールおよびアプローチに関するハンズオン経験。
・セキュアなランディングゾーン、ネットワークアーキテクチャ、IAM、および運用フレームワークの設計経験。
・データベース移行およびモダナイゼーション戦略（Oracle、PostgreSQL、MySQLなど）に関する知識。
・DevOpsプラクティス、CI/CD統合、およびInfrastructure as Code（IaC）の概念に関する実務知識。
・HLDおよびLLDの作成を含む、優れたアーキテクチャドキュメント作成スキル。

• Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, application, and DevOps domains.

・ステークホルダーとの優れたコミュニケーションスキル、およびワークショップのファシリテーションスキル。
・インフラ、アプリケーション、DevOps領域をまたぐ部門横断的なチームで、効果的に連携・業務遂行できる能力。

▼Language
• English communication required; Japanese language is must.
