The company brings together elites from top tech companies such as Tesla, Meta, and Apple, including Brendan Iribe, co-founder and former CEO of Oculus VR. We have raised a total of $300 million from top-tier Silicon Valley VCs, including a16z and Sequoia Capital, and have drawn global attention for both our financial strength and technological capabilities. Centering on our independently developed, ultra-low-latency Conversational Speech Model (CSM), we are developing smart glasses as the next-generation user interface. ■ Hiring Background We are preparing for the global launch of our intelligent eyewear (smart glasses) in 2027. For product mass production, we have decided to establish a new factory in Fukui, Japan, where the world's finest eyewear manufacturing technology and precision processing ecosystem are concentrated. This recruitment is for a founding member who will lead our Japanese manufacturing as the Factory Manager, overseeing factory launch preparation, facility planning, infrastructure development, and future mass production scaling. We invite you to join us in building this critical hub that blends cutting-edge technology with Japanese craftsmanship to deliver our product to the world. ■ Team & Organization A flat organization composed of a small number of highly talented professionals. You will work closely with a global cross-functional team, including the AI research team and machine learning engineers at the US headquarters, and the supply chain hub in Taiwan. ■ Responsibilities ・Deliver products on time, at target cost, and with exceptional quality. ・Lead day-to-day factory operations, including KPIs, staffing, budgets, and capital projects. ・Establish reporting systems, operational metrics, and a strong rhythm of business. ・Drive safety, quality, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives. ・Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve throughput and efficiency. ・Own factory readiness, facility planning, infrastructure, and operational systems. ・Manage manufacturing projects, vendor relationships, and external consultants. ・Oversee automation, tooling, maintenance, spare parts, and equipment reliability. ・Partner with engineering teams to transition products from development into production. ■ Key Attractions World-class Compensation Package (We offer a highly competitive compensation package of 15M - 30M JPY, equivalent to top Silicon Valley startups. 労働条件	・雇用形態：正社員・勤務地：福井県福井市　※他府県からの赴任に伴う引っ越し費用等は、別途ご相談の上、会社側でサポート・支給いたします。・勤務時間：所定労働時間 8時間（休憩 1時間）　※米国本社（サンフランシスコ）との時差を考慮したミーティング等が発生可能性があるため、業務状況に合わせた柔軟な時間調整が可能です。・休日・休暇：完全週休2日制（土日祝）、年次有給休暇、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、慶弔休暇・加入保険：健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険（社会保険完備）・給与レンジ：1,500万円～3,000万円（95,000～160,000 USD相当）　賞与：年1回、基本給の最大30%を支給（業績等に応じて）　引越し支援：最大50万円
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・工学、製造、オペレーションまたは関連分野の学士号・製造業または工場オペレーションにおける10年以上の実務経験・マネージャー、エンジニア、またはクロスファンクショナルチームのリード経験（目安5年以上）・コンシューマープロダクト（消費財、精密機器、電子機器など）の製造・工場運営のバックグラウンド・予算、スケジュール、設備投資（CapEx）、オペレーション指標の管理経験・根本原因分析、プロセス改善、オペレーション課題解決の経験・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field. ・10+ years of manufacturing or factory operations experience. ・5+ years leading managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams. ・Strong background in consumer product manufacturing and factory operations. ・Experience managing budgets, schedules, capital equipment, and operational metrics. ・Expertise in root cause analysis, process improvement, and operational problem solving. 【歓迎（WANT）】・全レベルのステークホルダーに影響を与えられる高いコミュニケーション能力・コンシューマーエレクトロニクス製造経験15年以上・プロトタイプから量産までのスケーリング経験・日本の製造業およびサプライヤーエコシステムへの理解・リーン生産方式、トヨタ生産方式、シックスシグマの知識・設備立ち上げ、ライン立ち上げ、工場拡張の経験・機械加工、複合材、接着剤、テスト、品質システムの知識・ERP、PLM、MES、製造データシステムの経験・英語力・15+ years of consumer electronics manufacturing experience. ・Experience scaling products from prototype through high-volume production. ・Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing and supplier ecosystems. ・Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Toyota Production System, or Six Sigma. ・Experience with facility startup, production line launches, and factory expansion. ・Familiarity with machining, composites, adhesives, testing, and quality systems. ・Experience with ERP, PLM, MES, and manufacturing data systems. ・Professional English proficiency. ※英語力は必須ではありません。本社のメカニックディレクターと連携する意欲や、英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方を歓迎します。社内サポート体制もあります。
