仕事内容	■ About MOON-X ──────── MOON-X is a brand portfolio company built on its proprietary “Co-creation M&A” model that acquires and scales consumer brands through operational excellence, digital expertise, and strong brand-building capabilities. We partner with founders to unlock long-term growth and build enduring category leaders. ■ Role Overview ──────── We are hiring a senior strategic leader to drive integration and value creation of new businesses in JP and Global. While Post-Merger Integration (PMI) experience is a plus, we prioritize strong strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and exceptional communication skills over formal integration background. This role will operate at the center of business decision-making, working closely with leadership to shape direction, align stakeholders, and ensure execution excellence. ■ Key Responsibilities ──────── • Define integration priorities and value creation roadmap • Drive cross-functional alignment across business, operations, finance, and brand teams • Structure complex issues and translate strategy into executable plans • Track performance, identify gaps, and course-correct quickly • Serve as a communication bridge between leadership and operating teams • Support key strategic decisions and long-term organizational design ■Why This Role ──────── • Direct impact on high-priority strategic initiatives • High exposure to executive leadership • Opportunity to evolve into a broader organizational leadership role as MOON-X scales
労働条件	Annual Salary: 8,000,000 - 10,000,000 JPY Monthly Salary System(In compliance with Japanese law): • Fixed Overtime Allowance: Monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay for up to 40 hours. • Overtime Pay for Excess Hours: Additional overtime pay will be provided for any work exceeding • 40 hours per month, calculated based on the following premium rates: ┗Overtime (within 60 hours/month): 25% ┗Overtime (exceeding 60 hours/month): 50% ┗Work on non-statutory holidays: 25% ┗Work on statutory holidays: 35% ┗Late-night work: 25% Salary Breakdown (Examples): Example 1: Annual Income 8,000,000 JPY,(Base Salary: 457,000 JPY,Fixed Overtime Allowance (40 hours): 145,000 JPY,Remote Work Allowance: 5,000 JPY) Example 2: Annual Income 10,000,000 JPY(Base Salary: 573,000 JPY,Fixed Overtime Allowance (40 hours): 181,000 JPY,Remote Work Allowance: 5,000 JPY) For those in statutory management/supervisory positions, a separate breakdown of conditions will be provided. Salary Revision: • Twice a year (February and August) • Revisions are based on evaluations conducted in accordance with the personnel evaluation system. Important Notes: • The monthly and annual salaries listed are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. • Final conditions will be determined individually, taking into overall account your previous experience, skills, achievements, and evaluation through the selection process. • Please note that the offered amount may differ from the range stated in the job description. MOON-X Japan Inc. 13F Keikyu Dai-ichi Building, 4-10-18 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-0074, Japan Full-time employee (Employment period: Indefinite) ■ Working hours ──────── Work arrangements are flexibly set by each company. Please refer to the information below for details on the work arrangements of each company. While we have introduced remote work and flextime systems, the principle is that employees must come to the office. ■Availability of a flexible work schedule ──────── Available (Flex-time system) / Standard daily working hours: 8 hours / Statutory management positions are exempt from these regulations ■ Annual holidays etc. ──────── Fully two-day weekend (Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays) / Annual Paid Leave / New Year's Holiday / Summer Leave / Congratulatory and Condolence Leave (Including pet bereavement) 6 months from joining / Terms and conditions remain the same / May be extended up to 1 year to determine suitability • Fully covered (Health Insurance, Welfare Pension, Employment Insurance, Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance) • Commuting Allowance: Up to 50,000 JPY per month • Online Counseling Service: Access to mental health and wellness support • Periodic Health Check-up: Conducted once a year (Eligible from the following fiscal year for those who completed the pre-employment medical exam) • Congratulatory and Condolence Payments: Special benefits for major life events (marriage, childbirth, bereavement, etc.)
