You will not be just another cog in a machine; you will have full autonomy over product strategies, market requirements, and customer enablement to build our brand presence and expand market share. ▍具体的な業務内容 / Job Description ・現地の営業チームおよび代理店と密に連携し、スマートIoT製品の推進と製品ラインの売上成長を牽引 ・本社R&Dおよびサポートチームと協力し、顧客プロジェクト要件の評価、新規案件獲得のための提案書作成 ・評価、立ち上げ、NPI（新製品導入）、MP（量産）、EOL（販売終了）管理を含むフルプロダクトライフサイクルの管理、ならびに営業・代理店・顧客向けトレーニング資料の作成 ・市場、顧客、競合に関する最新インサイトの維持、製品要件の定義、リアルタイムな競合分析、社内製品戦略およびロードマップ作成への貢献 ・主要顧客アカウントおよびキープロジェクトにおける営業マネージャーのサポート、エコシステムパートナーとの協業強化 Work closely with the local sales team and distributors to promote smart IoT products to more customers and drive strong sales growth for the product line. Collaborate with HQ R&D and other supporting teams to evaluate customer project requirements and develop proposals together with the sales team in order to win new projects. Manage the full product lifecycle, including evaluation, initialization, NPI (New Product Introduction), MP (Mass Production), and EOL (End of Life) management, and prepare training materials for local sales teams, distributors, and customers accordingly. Maintain up-to-date insights on the market, customers, and competitors. Collect and define requirements for new products based on these insights to ensure our smart IoT products align with market and customer needs. Explore requirements and trends among leading customers in the market, accurately judge market trends, and conduct detailed real-time competitive analysis. Analyze product performance and cost competitiveness, and provide input for internal product strategy and roadmap planning. Support sales managers on major customer accounts and key projects, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to build and strengthen partner relationships.

▍労働条件 / Working Conditions ・想定年収 / Total Salary： 　1000万円 ～ 1800万円（年俸制） ・就業時間 / Working Hours： 　コアタイムなしフレックスタイム制 / Flextime system with no core hours ・就業場所 / Location： 　本社（東京都千代田区内神田１丁目１５−７ いちご大手町ノースビル 4F）※在宅・リモート勤務可 / Tokyo Office ・休日・休暇 / Holidays： 　完全週休二日制（土日祝・カレンダー通り）、年末年始休暇（年間休日約120日） / Complete five-day workweek (Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays), New Year Holidays (Approx. 120 days off per year)
