Program Manager－ プログラムマネージャー－プロセス改善

The role ensures the reliable execution of processes at established standards within assigned areas. You will be required to identify improvement opportunities through analysis of on-site metrics, data, and understanding of operational conditions. You will be expected to optimize existing process flows and manage their execution while building and maintaining cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of the key responsibilities include: •Design and implement: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, optimize processes, and execute implementation •Align and localize: Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to implement established processes in JP operations. Assist in the deployment of proven best practices according to defined guidelines. •Change and standardize: Establish process procedures and management methods. Drive efficiency improvements and reinforce standard processes •Control and Sustain: Ensure the execution of standard processes across the network, monitor implementation status, and provide necessary support to enable team members to execute standards effectively Program Managerは、担当するプロセスの中で、定められた水準のプロセスの確実な実行を図ります。現場での指標やデータの分析、ならびに実務の状況の把握を踏まえて、改善機会を見出すことが求められます。既存のプロセスフローの最適化と実行管理を行い、内部と外部の関係者との協力関係を構築・維持しながら業務を進めることが求められます。 いくつかの主要な役割は以下を含むものとなります。 - Design and implement: 既存のプロセスについて改善機会を特定し、プロセスの最適化を行い、実行していくことが求められます - Align and localize: グローバルおよびローカルのステークホルダーと協力して、確立されたプロセスをJPの業務に導入する。定められたガイドラインに従って、実証済みのベストプラクティスの展開を支援します。 - Change and standardize: プロセスの手順と管理方法を構築します。イノベーションをもたらし、新たなスタンダードを構築します - Control and Sustain: ネットワークでの標準プロセスの実行を確実に行い、展開状況をモニタリングし、メンバーがスタンダードを確実に実行できるよう必要なサポートを行います。
