? Product strategy o Cooperation with related Departments for the elaboration of new product strategy and concepts o Monitoring of the insurance market evolution and trends, in particular performing benchmarks on the conditions offered by the competitors, incl. premium tariffs, commissions paid to distributors and new solutions offered to customers. ? Product development and pricing o Design of products and guarantees, in cooperation with related Departments, incorporating at each stage of the process Japanese FSA “customer oriented business” principles as well as CAA Group values. o Reinsurance: liaising with reinsurance companies when reinsurance scheme is embedded in the product development. o Pricing: technical documentation and implementation of pricing and profitability models, following internal procedures （underwriting policy, model governance, reinsurance policy）. o Approval process: leading interactions in order to ensure the approval of the product by the different parties （pre－approval by the holding company based in Paris, CALJ NAP committee, FSA） o Controlling internal rules and procedures regarding the insurance products against local （FSA/LIAJ） regulations and market best practices. ? Product and Underwriting risk monitoring o Implementing CALJ model governance for products o Monitoring of products profitability after launch, conducting changes when necessary. o Regular update of technical documentation, pricing and profit testing models, methods, data and assumptions. o Ensure the adequacy of the models, used for pricing and profit testing, by conducting performance measurements of those models. ? 【必須（MUST）】 Education and skills:o Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Sciences, Economics, or Insurance, o Fellow / Associate of the Institute of Actuaries of Japan （Preferred）, o Fluent written English and adequate spoken English, o Computer skills, including MS Office tools （Excel, Access） and programming （VBA or other widely used language）, actuarial software （such as Prophet, MoSes, VIP, or MG－ALFA） （Preferred）, in particular, experience on analyzing actuarial / financial model programming and modifying and optimizing to meet regulatory / internal restrictions and strategic objectives on profitability / risk / marketing etc. and taking leadership to achieve with team including coaching layman actuary （accustomed to “Hands－on” approach）, Experience: o 10＋ years of experience as an actuary in an insurance companies, consulting firms and accounting firms, including experience in product development for 5 years at least o Knowledge of Savings ＆ Protection Insurance business features, individual and collective insurance. o 3＋ years of experience as a front player （directly preparing materials and interacting with FSA ） for the FSA license process o General knowledge of economics and finance, insurance and insurance market regulation.
