Plant Operations Manager （Confidential） Lead and improve overall plant operations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People Development. The role is responsible for achieving business targets while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities ＊Operations Management ＊Ensure a safe working environment with zero－accident focus. ＊Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets. ＊Manage plant P＆L, inventory, and operational performance. ＊Optimize manpower, production capacity, equipment utilization, and factory resources. ＊Improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste, scrap, and rework. ＊Control logistics and material costs while supporting supplier performance improvements. ＊ Support customer issue resolution in collaboration with commercial teams. Strategy ＆ Continuous Improvement Develop and execute mid－ to long－term plant improvement plans aligned with global business strategy. Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead digital transformation projects to improve operational performance. Ensure compliance with internal standards and external audit requirements. Ideal Background ＊Strong experience leading manufacturing or plant operations. ＊Proven track record in improving productivity, cost, quality, and operational performance. ＊Experience managing budgets, P＆L, and cross－functional teams. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Digital Transformation. ＊Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. ＊Experience with new product launches and factory optimization is preferred. |
