＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■ 急成長を続ける企業！ ご紹介企業様は複数の産業から安定した需要を獲得しており、日本事業は近年、継続的な拡大を続けています。APACの中でも日本は特に重要な市場として位置づけられており、企業としても積極的な投資を行っている成長拠点です。ダイナミックな事業環境で、成長企業の中核を担いたい方に最適なフィールドです。 ■ 日本ファイナンス責任者として事業拡大を推進！ 本ポジションは、日本のマネージングディレクターと密に連携しながら、事業成長を支える財務運営をリードします。海外拠点との協働も多く、英語を活かしてグローバルに活躍できる“真のビジネスパートナー”ポジションです。多国籍環境で財務の専門性を発揮しながら、事業成長に直接貢献したい方に最適な役割です。 ■ レポートラインとチーム構成 本ポジションはAPACファイナンスディレクターへレポートし、会計担当者の計2名をマネジメントします。少人数チームを率いながら、地域全体の財務運営に関わることができる、裁量の大きいポジションです。コンパクトな組織で意思決定の近さを感じながら、広域の財務運営に携わりたい方にご活躍いただけるポジションです。 ■ 働きやすい環境：週2日の在宅勤務制度あり 週2日の在宅勤務が可能で、柔軟な働き方を実現できます。成長企業を支えつつ、ワークライフバランスも大切にできる働きやすい環境です。 ＜仕事内容詳細＞ － Lead revenue forecasting with Sales, Operations, and Country Managers. － Review weekly pipeline and update forecasts quickly. － Communicate timing/size changes to senior leaders. － Compare actuals vs. forecast for accurate sector/product/rate reporting. － Track and analyze regional costs and variances. － Drive cost‑control initiatives with operations. － Provide full P＆L analysis to support profitability. － Lead monthly P＆L reviews － Act as key finance partner for Sales/Commercial teams. － Join sales meetings to guide decisions with financial insights. － Understand local market drivers and pricing factors. － Lead regional pricing and benchmarking. － Support pricing models and approval for major deals. － Identify rate erosion and margin leakage. － Manage rates, MVA, and sector data in actuals/FYF. － Deliver accurate budgets and reforecasts. － Prepare revenue packs for monthly reviews. － Align asset deployment with commercial demand. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus.－ At least 5 years of experience in Finance or Business Analysis, ideally with commercial or FP＆A exposure. － Strong Microsoft Excel skills and advanced Power BI skills for data modeling and dashboard creation. － Proven experience in financial system automation and process improvement. － Solid technical accounting knowledge and strong business understanding. － Ability to analyze and challenge data to ensure accuracy and completeness. － Experience driving continuous improvement and enhancing processes. |
