| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Business partnering with Commercial/Operations to support strategic decisions.－ Budgeting ＆ forecasting leadership across annual/quarterly/monthly cycles. － Market knowledge of business structure and the local contact lens industry. － Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. － Variance analysis and strong analytical capability. － Problem‑solving and project management strength. － Accounting ＆ controls knowledge （US GAAP, SOX）. － Bilingual Japanese/English proficiency. － People management and talent development experience. － Collaboration mindset with strong communication. － Innovation ＆ speak‑up mindset to drive change. － Zero‑based thinking with prioritization and risk awareness. － Ethical standards as a finance professional. － Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. － Certifications: USCPA or JICPA preferred. |
