With over 30,000 employees worldwide, we operate globally in the fields of digital transformation, IT services, and cybersecurity. ■ 職務内容 成長を続ける活気ある組織において、バイリンガル（日英）のサイバーセキュリティ・プリセールス・ソリューションアーキテクトとしてご活躍いただける方を募集しています。グローバル営業チームやサービス部門のリーダーと密に連携し、顧客の個別要件に合わせたサービス提案や、複雑なセキュリティ課題を解決するためのソリューション構築・サービス定義を牽引していただきます。 ■ Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Cybersecurity Presales Solution Architect with fluent English & Japanese looking for a growth opportunity within a dynamic, entrepreneurial organisation. You will steer the charge in shaping our solutions and service definitions, working very closely with global sales team & service leaders to personalize service offerings to meet customers specific requirements and address complex cyber security challenges. ■主な業務内容 1. プリセールスおよびRFP/RFI対応 ・RFP（提案依頼書）/RFI（情報提供依頼書）/RFQ（見積依頼書）の技術要件を精査し、関係各所と連携して質の高い提案書を作成・進行管理する。 ・SOW（作業範囲記述書）の作成、セキュリティアーキテクチャのベースライン策定、および詳細なソリューション設計書の作成を支援する。 ・顧客や社内ステークホルダーに対し、ソリューションや技術提案のプレゼンテーションを実施する。 2. ソリューション設計・技術ガイダンス ・顧客のビジネス要件や技術仕様を深く理解し、サイバーセキュリティ業界の専門知識を活用して、最適なセキュリティソリューションの開発・設計・ドキュメント化を行う。 ・セキュリティソリューションの開発全般において、技術的な観点からチームをリードし、ガイダンスを提供する。 3. サービス企画とパートナーエコシステム連携 ・サービスオーナーやプロダクト開発チームと協働し、CyberProofの新たなサービスモデルの定義や具現化を推進する。 ・マーケティング部門や経営層と連携し、自社サービスの市場ポジショニングや付加価値を策定する。 ・GoogleやMicrosoftなどのアライアンスパートナーと連携し、革新的な技術やサービス機能を活用したソリューションを構築する。 ・自社サービスに組み込み可能な新たな技術パートナーシップの評価・検証を行う。 4. 導入支援・ナレッジトランスファー ・顧客へのサービス導入（オンボーディング）フェーズにおいて、サービスデリバリーチームと連携し、技術ドキュメントやアーキテクチャ、使用ツールに関するナレッジトランスファーを実施する。 ・先進的なセキュリティユースケースの創出に向け、顧客事例の調査、ホワイトペーパーの執筆、ソリューション資料の作成を支援する。 ▼Key Responsibilities • Review all technical requirements of RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and liaise with relevant stakeholders to develop a solid response. Plan and manage the responses adhering to timelines. • Help draft the SOWs, baseline Security Architectures and detailed solution design documents. • Present the solution and technical proposal to client or relevant stakeholders whenever required. • Develop, design and document security solutions to meet customer requirements leveraging cyber industry knowledge and expertise, providing technical guidance. • Working alongside Service Owners & product development team to define and shape up services. • Drive Service definitions & positioning in collaboration with the marketing team, senior members of the team, and executive team. • Collaborate with partner ecosystem (Google/Microsoft) to get the required responses, solution and pricing options to build the solution, and assess new technology partnerships. • Work closely with Service Delivery Team during onboarding of a customer and provide knowledge transfer on technical solution documents, service architecture, etc. • Support emerging Cybersecurity solution development initiatives (customer studies, whitepapers, etc.). |

就業場所：東京 会社の所定労働時間は、月曜日から金曜日までの1日8時間とします。従業員の通常の勤務時間は午前9時00分から午後6時00分までとし、午後12時00分から午後1時00分までの1時間を昼食休憩時間とします。 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ▼Experience / Skills• Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree. • At least 8 years’ experience in solutioning/presales at enterprise level. • Solid professional experience gained from roles at cybersecurity companies, global systems integrators, and managed service providers. • A track record of guiding technical discovery. • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and interact in a trusted engagement with C-level executives. • Technical and business acumen (ability to discuss general business direction, security trends, technology implementation, networking, and general market trends). ・大卒以上、または同等の実務経験。 ・エンタープライズ企業向けのソリューション構築、またはプリセールス経験（8年以上）。 ・サイバーセキュリティベンダー、グローバルSIer、またはMSP（マネージドサービスプロバイダ）における豊富な実務経験。 ・顧客の技術的課題の発掘（テクニカル・ディスカバリー）や要件定義をリードした実績。 ・CXO（経営層）クラスとの折衝経験、および強固な信頼関係を構築・維持する能力。 ・技術とビジネス双方への深い洞察力（顧客のビジネス戦略、セキュリティトレンド、技術実装、ネットワーク、市場動向について高いレベルの議論ができること）。 ▼Technical Depth • Profound knowledge of cybersecurity solution architecture and domain expertise, with a comprehensive grasp of strategic and operational industry dynamics. • Specialized understanding of SOC architecture, SIEM technologies, Threat Intelligence/Hunting, and proficiency in Endpoint & Cloud Security. • Demonstrated success in partnering with IT and Security executives to devise and implement effective security strategies and architectures. ・サイバーセキュリティ領域におけるアーキテクチャ設計の深い知見と専門性を持ち、業界の戦略的および運用上のトレンドを包括的に把握していること。 ・SOCアーキテクチャ、SIEM技術、脅威インテリジェンス/スレットハンティングに関する高度な専門知識、およびエンドポイント・クラウドセキュリティの深い知見。 ・IT・セキュリティ部門の意思決定者と連携し、効果的なセキュリティ戦略とアーキテクチャを立案・実装し、プロジェクトを成功に導いた実績。 ▼Language • Fluent Japanese & English ・流暢な日本語および英語力（ビジネスレベルのバイリンガル必須） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ▼Preferred Qualifications• Educational background in computer science, MIS, engineering, or a related field, bolstered by industry certifications like CISSP, CISA/M, CIPP/CIPM/CIPT. ・コンピュータサイエンス、MIS（経営情報システム）、エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学位、バックグラウンド。 ・CISSP、CISA/CISM、CIPP/CIPM/CIPTなどの業界認定資格の保有者。 |
