With over 30,000 employees worldwide, we operate globally in the fields of digital transformation, IT services, and cybersecurity. ■ 職務内容 開発バックグラウンドと、GitHubおよびそのAgenticエコシステム（自律型AIエージェントの活用など）に関する経験を持つ、シニアDevOpsリードを募集しています。 本ポジションでは、AIネイティブなエンジニアリング手法の全社導入を牽引し、開発者の生産性向上やソフトウェアデリバリーの高度化を実現するAIトランスフォーメーションの推進役を担っていただきます。 ■ Role Overview A senior DevOps lead with a strong development background and experience with the GitHub and its Agentic ecosystem will be a good fit. ■主な業務内容 1. AIトランスフォーメーションと全社導入の推進 ・GitHub Copilot、コーディングエージェント、およびAIネイティブなエンジニアリング手法のエンタープライズ規模での導入をリードし、開発生産性とソフトウェアデリバリーの品質において、定量的な改善を推進する。 ・開発、QA、DevOps、プラットフォームの各チームにおけるAI導入の準備状況（AI Readiness）とエンジニアリングの成熟度をアセスメントし、ケイパビリティのギャップを特定してトランスフォーメーションのロードマップを策定する。 ・GitHub Enterprise、GitHub Actions、Copilot、および最新の開発者向けプラットフォームを活用し、AI主導のソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（AI-DLC）の運用モデルを実装する。 2. Agenticワークフローとソリューションの設計・実装 ・企画・要件定義から、開発、テスト、デプロイ、運用に至るエンドツーエンドのライフサイクル全般において、Agentic（自律型エージェント主導）および仕様駆動型（Spec-driven）のエンジニアリングワークフローの定着化を推進する。 ・GitHubエコシステム内において、マルチエージェント・オーケストレーション、MCP（Model Context Protocol）統合、AIアシスタント、ワークフロー自動化などの概念を活用し、Agentic AIソリューションおよびワークフローを設計・実装する。 ・推進役（チャンピオン）ネットワークの構築、段階的な導入プログラム、組織的なチェンジマネジメント、大規模なオンボーディングを含む、Agentic AIトランスフォーメーションプログラムを実行する。 3. 開発者エンパワーメントとCI/CDの高度化 ・ハンズオンでのコーチング、ワークショップ、オフィスアワーの実施、および利用促進活動を通じて、開発者のスキルアップ（イネーブルメント）とケイパビリティ向上の取り組みをリードする。 ・GitHub Actionsや開発プラットフォームの機能を活用し、CI/CDおよびプラットフォームエンジニアリングのワークフローにAI主導の自動化を組み込むことで、品質、スピード、および運用効率を向上させる。 ・ビジネスユースケース、サクセスメトリクス、ROI指標、および導入KPIを定義し、生産性の向上、コード品質の改善、エンジニアリングの有効性、およびビジネス成果の観点から、AIトランスフォーメーションの価値を実証する。 ▼Key Responsibilities AI Transformation & Developer Enablement Lead • Lead enterprise adoption of GitHub Copilot, Coding Agents, and AI-native engineering practices, driving measurable improvements in development productivity and software delivery outcomes. • Assess AI readiness and engineering maturity across development, QA, DevOps, and platform teams, identifying capability gaps and defining transformation roadmaps. • Implement AI-Driven Software Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) operating models leveraging GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Copilot, and modern developer platforms. • Drive adoption of agentic and spec-driven engineering workflows across the end-to-end lifecycle, from planning and requirements through development, testing, deployment, and operations. • Execute Agentic AI transformation programs, including champion networks, wave-based enablement, organizational change management, and large-scale onboarding. • Design and enable Agentic AI solutions and workflows utilizing concepts such as multi-agent orchestration, MCP integrations, AI assistants, and workflow automation within the GitHub ecosystem. • Lead developer enablement and capability uplift initiatives through hands-on coaching, workshops, office hours, and adoption acceleration activities. • Integrate AI-powered automation into CI/CD and platform engineering workflows, leveraging GitHub Actions and developer platform capabilities to improve quality, velocity, and operational efficiency. • Define business use cases, success metrics, ROI measures, and adoption KPIs to demonstrate the value of AI transformation through productivity gains, code quality improvements, engineering effectiveness, and business outcomes. |

【必須（MUST）】 ▼Experience & Technical Skills• 12+ years of industry experience, including 6+ years leading DevOps transformation, software engineering enablement, and enterprise-scale adoption programs across complex technology organizations. • Expertise in conducting discovery and readiness assessments, evaluating tool adoption, GitHub Copilot usage, SDLC maturity, development workflows, testing practices, deployment processes, and developer productivity challenges. • GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) / Managed Users (EMU), Repository & Organization Administration • GitHub Copilot, Copilot Agents, AI-Assisted Software Engineering • Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Workflows, MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG, AI Workflow Orchestration • Spec-Driven Development, Agent-Assisted Engineering • AI Readiness Assessments, Adoption Roadmaps, Change Management, Engineering Enablement, Copilot Adoption Analytics & KPI Measurement • GitHub Actions, Workflow Automation, CI/CD Modernization, Reusable Workflows • GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS), Secret Scanning, Secure AI-Native SDLC Practices ・IT業界での12年以上の経験。そのうち6年以上は、複雑なテクノロジー組織において、DevOpsトランスフォーメーション、ソフトウェアエンジニアリングのイネーブルメント、およびエンタープライズ規模での導入プログラムをリードした経験。 ・ディスカバリーおよび導入準備状況のアセスメント、ツールの導入評価、GitHub Copilotの利用状況、SDLC（ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル）の成熟度、開発ワークフロー、テスト手法、デプロイプロセス、開発者の生産性課題の評価における専門的な知見。 ・GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) / Managed Users (EMU)、リポジトリおよびOrganizationの管理 ・GitHub Copilot、Copilot Agents、AI支援型ソフトウェアエンジニアリング ・Agentic AI、マルチエージェントワークフロー、MCP (Model Context Protocol)、RAG、AIワークフロー・オーケストレーション ・仕様駆動型開発（Spec-Driven Development）、エージェント支援型エンジニアリング ・AI導入準備状況アセスメント、導入ロードマップ策定、チェンジマネジメント、エンジニアリング・イネーブルメント、Copilot導入アナリティクスおよびKPI測定 ・GitHub Actions、ワークフロー自動化、CI/CDモダナイゼーション、再利用可能（Reusable）なワークフロー ・GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS)、シークレットスキャン、セキュアなAIネイティブSDLCプラクティス |
