■Job Purpose■ Responsible for all aspects of Automation and controls, obsolescence management and Cyber ＆ OT security. Act as SME and engineering authority for Automation. Following will be key areas of scope, ・Lead Cybersecurity strategies for OT Systems ・Lead automation aspects. ・Manage OT Equipments and lifecycle ・Maintain Calibration Standards for all equipment. ■Key Responsibilities■ Manage Automation solution ＆ OT lifecycle: ・Design, implement, and maintain industrial automation systems （PLC/SCADA, IoT, robotics）. ・Monitor and secure OT （Operational Technology） environment. ・Embed the OT cybersecurity standards and principles at Site. ・Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies for automated systems. ・Perform risk assessments and implement vulnerability management in control systems. ・Integrate network and endpoint security into smart manufacturing/production lines. ・Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure secure－by－design automation. ・Investigate and respond to security incidents in automated environments. ・Development and delivery of training materials for OT systems and cybersecurity standards ・Develop and install new systems, where it is possible to introduce new technologies, throughout the site to aid process performance, safety, and reliability. ・Ensure secure and stable operations for the OT Systems. Lead OT security alerts at site and ensure timely completion. ・Identify and resolve automation issues by implementing effective and reliable solutions. ■Maintain standards : ・Ensure that Automation ＆ Control systems are reliable, robust, validated and conform to regulatory, GMP and Cyber Security standards. ・Also ensure Calibration standards are followed and applied across Site for instruments. ※※参考和訳 英語を正といたします※※ ■職務目的（Job Purpose） 自動化（Automation）・制御システムに関するあらゆる業務、設備の陳腐化（Obsolescence）管理、およびサイバーセキュリティ／OT（Operational Technology：制御・運用技術）セキュリティを統括し、自動化分野の社内専門家（SME：Subject Matter Expert）および技術責任者として活動します。 主な担当領域は以下の通りです。 ・OTシステムにおけるサイバーセキュリティ戦略の主導 ・自動化関連業務のリード ・OT設備の管理およびライフサイクルマネジメント ・全設備のキャリブレーション（校正）基準の維持・管理 ■主な責任（Key Responsibilities） ・自動化ソリューションおよびOTライフサイクルの管理 ・産業用自動化システム（PLC／SCADA、IoT、ロボティクス）の設計、導入、維持管理 ・OT（Operational Technology）環境の監視およびセキュリティ確保 拠点におけるOTサイバーセキュリティ基準および原則の導入・定着 ・自動化システム向けサイバーセキュリティポリシーの策定および運用 ・制御システムにおけるリスクアセスメント実施および脆弱性管理の推進 ・スマートファクトリー／生産ラインへのネットワークセキュリティおよびエンドポイントセキュリティの統合 ・IT部門およびエンジニアリングチームと連携し、「セキュア・バイ・デザイン（設計段階からのセキュリティ確保）」を実現 ・自動化環境におけるセキュリティインシデントの調査および対応 ・OTシステムおよびサイバーセキュリティ基準に関する教育資料の作成および研修実施 ・プロセス性能、安全性、信頼性向上に寄与する新技術を活用した新規システムの企画・導入 ・OTシステムの安全かつ安定した運用の確保 ・拠点におけるOTセキュリティアラート対応をリードし、適時に是正措置を完了させる ・自動化関連の課題を特定し、効果的かつ信頼性の高いソリューションを導入して解決する ■標準・基準の維持（Maintain Standards） ・Automation ＆ Control（自動化・制御）システムについて、信頼性・堅牢性・バリデーション適合性を確保し、法規制、GMP、およびサイバーセキュリティ基準への準拠を維持する ・計装機器に対するキャリブレーション（校正）基準が適切に運用され、サイト全体で統一的に適用されるよう管理する |

【必須（MUST）】 Skill / Experience・Min. 4－5 years of relevant work experience in the field of automation and cybersecurity ・Cyber Security awareness ・Ability to communicate across all organizational levels and with teams In depth knowledge and expertise in the automation area. ・Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards ・Ability to prepare training content and deliver training session ・In depth understanding of GMPs, familiarity with local regulations and guidelines. ・Good knowledge of quality and risk management principles and tools. ・Familiarity with Project Management principles. ・Flexible, proactive and strategic thinking. Passion for improvements.
