当社では、ダイレクトマーケティング領域におけるエンタープライズ向けデジタルプラットフォームの設計・モダナイゼーション・開発をリードいただく、Principal Full Stack Software Engineerを募集しています。 本ポジションでは、顧客向けサービス、代理店チャネル、パートナーパートナー、コンタクトセンター業務、顧客獲得、リード管理、契約保全などを支える重要なデジタル基盤の進化を担います。 また、生成AI・AIエージェントを活用した次世代サービスの企画・実装を推進し、ビジネス変革を技術面からリードしていただきます。 ダイレクトマーケティング関連プラットフォームおよび周辺デジタルエコシステムにおいて、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。 【主な業務】 ・ソリューションアーキテクチャ設計および技術戦略の策定 ・プラットフォームモダナイゼーションおよび技術ロードマップの推進 ・ビジネス要件を、拡張性・保守性・セキュリティを備えたシステムへ落とし込み ・フロントエンドからバックエンドまでのフルスタック開発をリード ・API、システム連携、データベース、クラウド基盤の設計・構築 ・DevOps、CI/CD、テスト、リリース、自動化の推進 ・コーディング、コードレビュー、性能改善、障害解析などのハンズオン開発 ・AI・生成AIプロジェクトの企画から本番運用までの推進 ・AIエージェント、Agentic Workflow、対話型AI、予測分析、パーソナライズ機能の設計・実装 ・Copilotソリューションおよびコンテンツ自動生成機能の開発 ・ビジネス部門、プロダクトオーナー、アーキテクト、ベンダー、開発チームとの連携 ・技術的課題やアーキテクチャ方針の説明・提案 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • 10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments, with a strong track record of leading full stack development and technical solutioning.• Proven experience designing and delivering digital platforms for customers, Direct Marketing agencies, partners, call center operators, and internal business users. • Strong hands-on engineering capability across solution design, coding, testing, deployment, production support, root cause analysis, performance tuning, security remediation, and complex issue resolution. • Deep technical expertise in full stack development, solution architecture, system design, React/Angular/Vue.js, .NET/Java/Node.js/Python, APIs, integration, cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD, DevOps, security, performance, and scalability. • Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML, Generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, conversational AI, or Copilot-based solutions from PoC and pilot phases through production implementation; experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, MarTech, CRM, CDP, marketing automation, or similar platforms is preferred. • Ability to work effectively in Agile, global, and cross-functional environments; cloud, AI, or architecture certifications are a plus. • Business-level English and Japanese communication skills are required; Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above is expected. Key Competencies: Technical leadership, full stack engineering, solution architecture, AI/Generative AI implementation, AI agent development, hands-on delivery, platform modernization, structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and business/technology alignment. Success Profile: The ideal candidate is a senior technical leader who can set architectural direction, drive AI-enabled innovation, and personally contribute to high-quality software delivery for modern digital solutions supporting customers, Direct Marketing agencies, and call center operations. |
