Role Overview & Impact This is a senior, customer-facing technical role within the Customer Success organization. We are looking for a deeply technical leader who can partner with Japanese customers, communicate effectively in Japanese (written and spoken), and guide them toward operational excellence with Portworx. In this role, you will • Work directly with customer architects and senior administrators to design, deploy, and optimize mission-critical applications—including databases—within Kubernetes and other container orchestration environments using Portworx. • Provide advanced technical escalation support to our Technical Support Engineering team. • Lead joint solution development with technology partners to expand the Portworx ecosystem and drive deeper interoperability. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure successful adoption, expansion, and long-term satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Build and deliver compelling demos, reference architectures, and best practices that highlight the value of Portworx in cloud-native and hybrid environments. • Create high-quality technical content in Japanese, including deployment guides, implementation documents, operational runbooks, and customer-facing solution material. • Support daily customer deployment, integration, and optimization activities throughout the lifecycle of Portworx adoption. • Provide expert-level technical guidance during all phases of customer engagement, especially with strategic and enterprise accounts in Japan. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Required Skills & Experience• Native-level Japanese language proficiency, including strong technical writing ability, and professional-level English communication skills. • Deep knowledge of compute infrastructure, storage systems, and container orchestration technologies across both on-premises and cloud environments. • Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure, including their storage and compute services. Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: • Kubernetes (Helm, Operators, CRDs) • OpenShift and the Red Hat ecosystem • Rancher and multi-cluster management • KubeVirt and virtualized workloads on Kubernetes • Distributed storage, cloud storage, block/file storage architectures • Practical experience with DevOps and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD. • Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk. • Senior-level experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with customers and internal engineering teams, particularly when handling escalations or driving product improvements. 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Experience creating High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Design (LLDs)• Scripting and/or automation experience Storage-related background WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: • Innovation: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers. • Growth: We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful. |
