Production Equipment Design, Development ＆ Implementation Lead the design, installation, modification, and optimization of production lines and manufacturing equipment for new product launches, working closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Production Control, Purchasing, and other cross－functional teams. Ensure all improvements contribute to cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and product quality improvement. Manufacturing Process Improvement ＆ Sustainment Establish and optimize manufacturing conditions, provide equipment operation guidance, and drive the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and materials to improve operational efficiency and product performance. TPM （Total Productive Maintenance） Leadership Develop and execute TPM master plans, including autonomous maintenance and planned maintenance programs. Drive initiatives to minimize equipment downtime, improve reliability, and extend asset lifecycle. Supplier ＆ Contractor Technical Support Provide technical guidance and support to suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing partners, including outsourced processing vendors and component suppliers, to ensure quality, productivity, and technical compliance. Customer ＆ Commercial Support Act as the engineering representative during customer plant visits, process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support customer requests related to manufacturing processes, productivity improvement, and cost reduction activities. Capital Investment ＆ Asset Management Develop and manage capital expenditure plans （CER）, evaluate equipment investment proposals, and oversee fixed asset management for manufacturing equipment throughout its lifecycle. Continuous Improvement （Kaizen） Identify root causes of operational issues, collaborate with relevant departments, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Project Management ＆ Operational Leadership Participate in key management and operational meetings to align with business strategy and departmental objectives. Monitor project progress, review results, provide guidance to team members, and ensure timely execution of initiatives. Cross－Functional ＆ Stakeholder Collaboration Build and maintain strong working relationships with major customers, internal departments, and global group companies to support efficient business operations and successful project execution. Team Development ＆ Leadership Mentor and develop team members by providing ongoing coaching, technical guidance, and performance support. Foster organizational capability and succession planning to ensure long－term departmental growth. Sustainability ＆ ESG Initiatives Support corporate sustainability objectives and environmental initiatives, including CO₂ reduction activities and compliance with customer sustainability （SDGs/ESG） requirements. Global Collaboration Work closely with overseas sites and international stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and coordination to ensure successful execution of global projects and initiatives. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications ＆ Experience－Bachelor's degree or higher required; a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred. －Minimum 7 years of manufacturing engineering, production engineering, or process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. －Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is an advantage. －At least 5 years of hands－on experience using CAD software for the design and development of tooling, jigs, fixtures, manufacturing equipment, or production systems. －Proven people management experience with 3＋ years of leadership responsibility, including team development, performance management, and departmental oversight. －Minimum 3 years of experience leading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, including coaching and guiding improvement activities across teams. Technical ＆ Analytical Skills －Strong capabilities in work measurement, process analysis, time studies, and manufacturing performance optimization. －Experienced in identifying improvement opportunities, implementing corrective actions, and leading sustainable process improvements. －Ability to establish, monitor, and manage key performance indicators （KPIs） to drive operational performance and business results. Leadership ＆ Interpersonal Skills Strong technical expertise combined with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with suppliers, customers, and business partners. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and product－related technologies. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels, including management, customers, and cross－functional teams. Language Skills Native－level Japanese proficiency. Business－level English communication skills, with a target proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 730＋. |
