We are changing the way models, fashion media and brands connect with their fans. Our Partnership team is looking for an ambitious, highly creative individual to develop the relationships, best practices, event integrations and content strategy that will result in a high volume of authentic fashion content on our platform.
Manage, track and deepen our creative relationships with models, model agencies, fashion media, brands and their representatives （agents, managers, publicists, etc.）.
Ensure fashion models are embracing best practices, pushing the creative envelope and incorporating our platform deeply into their craft.
Content: work with fashion models and fashion media and other fashion partners to develop and execute creative content plays on our platform, e.g. live events, Q＆As, and other creative uses of our service.
Ensure fashion event organizers use our best practices and abide by our guidelines
Generate new case studies ＆ best practices around content plays and event integrations
Manage our fashion account, highlighting the best uses of our platform in fashion world. You will need to （virtually） cover most major Japan fashion events. Growth in followers and engagement for fashion account
Success is measured by:
Growth in total volume and penetration of fashion models.
Increase in overall our platform engagement and activity by fashion models, fashion events and fashion media.
Volume of fashion models content plays you execute, and their impact on follower and engagement growth.
Volume of data－driven new best practices you identify, package and document
Breadth of distribution and adoption of those best practices, including open rates of industry emails, pick up by press, increase in volume of overall fashion model vertical content plays, etc.
Volume and innovation of event integrations measured by:
－ Volume of activities, hashtags, and accounts that are used appropriately on－air; as well as follow
and engagement metrics for accounts involved
－ Increase in total conversation about events.
－ Volume of high profile our user participating
Quality of the audience's participation （qualitatively as well as quantitatively measured）
10＋ years work experience （or equivalent）, primarily in the fashion world.
Deep knowledge of the fashion landscape, including significant and direct experience working with fashion models, fashion media.
Direct experience in driving adoption of our platform successfully with fashion models, fashion media and fashion events and shows.
The role requires excellent talent management skills, proven persuasion chops, a very strong editorial sense and an aptitude for driving innovation.
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, in person and in writing, to many different audiences, ranging from executives to talent––you are an evangelist at heart
Experience conducting data－driven analyses to drive your decision－making
Comfort devising and conducting research projects
