With over 30,000 employees worldwide, we operate globally in the fields of digital transformation, IT services, and cybersecurity. ■ 職務内容 日本のブランドや権利者とのパートナーシップを主導し、プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体を管理するセールスイネーブルメントスペシャリストを募集しています。グローバルなデータ標準をローカライズし、日本のビジネスエチケットを深く理解した上で、顧客および国際チームと連携して業務を推進する役割を担います。 ■ Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to lead high-touch partnerships with Japanese brands and rights holders, and manage the full project lifecycle. The role involves localizing global data standards, navigating local business etiquette, and collaborating with both clients and international teams. ■主な業務内容 1. リレーションシップ管理（Relationship Management） ・日本のブランドや権利者とのハイタッチ（きめ細やか）なパートナーシップを主導する。日本のビジネスエチケットや階層構造（ヒエラルキー）を理解し、適切に対応する。 2. プロジェクトデリバリー（Project Delivery） ・プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体を管理し、グローバルなデータ標準が日本向けにローカライズされ、期限内に納品されることを確実にする。 ▼Key Responsibilities • Relationship Management: Lead high-touch partnerships with Japanese brands and rights holders; must navigate local business etiquette and hierarchies. • Project Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring global data standards are localized and delivered on time.

就業場所：東京 会社の所定労働時間は、月曜日から金曜日までの1日8時間とします。従業員の通常の勤務時間は午前9時00分から午後6時00分までとし、午後12時00分から午後1時00分までの1時間を昼食休憩時間とします。
