Position Overview This is a Night Shift Position. In compliance with the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act (PMD Act) and internal regulations, this role is responsible for inspection and packaging operations of pharmaceutical products in accordance with GMP, ensuring the stable supply of high-quality medicines. Key Objectives / Deliverables Safety Adhere to HSE-related SOPs at all times and promote safe working practices. Take a leadership role in improving safety awareness within the assigned area. Quality Drive process quality improvements, including the creation and revision of documentation. Investigate root causes of deviations, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and record them in relevant systems. Accurately assess quality defects and escalate to supervisors when judgment is difficult. Identify and resolve both routine and non-routine issues, proactively handling troubleshooting. Ensure GMP compliance and review manufacturing records. Production Execute smooth and high-quality production in compliance with SOPs, ensuring appropriate workforce allocation. Develop monthly production plans and staff assignments. Perform work instruction recording and verification, SAP system operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate in cross-functional teams to support change control, deviations, improvements, and validation activities. People Development Train and develop operators through on-the-job training (OJT). Minimum Qualifications Proficiency in PC operation (Microsoft Office) Language: Japanese (native level) Education Requirements High school diploma or higher Commuting Requirements Commuting must be within 90 km from the nearest station to the workplace and within 90 minutes using public transportation. If outside this range, relocation closer to the workplace is generally required (company housing support available). The same criteria apply even if commuting by car is permitted.
