Roles and Responsibilities: ・Provide comprehensive support to the GVHA project team across all project phases, from preparation through on-site execution at customer locations. This includes plant inspections, maintenance, modifications, equipment installation, and technical solution implementation. ・Support activities include project mobilization, installation, troubleshooting, customer interface/communication, and facilitating engineering discussions between GVHA Engineering (U.S.-based) and Japanese utility customers, as well as deployment of GVHA technologies and equipment. ・Assist with project coordination and planning; serve as a liaison between GVHA project teams, Japanese suppliers, and customer teams. ・Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, procedures, work control plans, technical documentation, customer communications, and final project reports. ・Review technical documentation, procedures, and project submittals prepared by GVHA Engineering and project teams to ensure alignment with applicable Japanese nuclear regulatory requirements, including Japan NRA expectations and relevant JSME codes and standards, prior to customer submittal. ・Coordinate with GVHA Engineering, Quality, and Japanese utility customers to facilitate technical document reviews, comment resolution, and customer communications related to regulatory and code compliance matters. ・Support the preparation and review of licensing and project documentation packages for Japanese nuclear customers, including verification of technical consistency, completeness, and compliance with applicable customer and regulatory requirements. ・Serve as a technical interface between GVHA headquarters engineering teams and Japanese customers for document clarification, technical discussions, and regulatory-related requirement communications. ・Ensure all project team members adhere to nuclear safety, quality, and plant/regulatory requirements. ・Work overtime and non-standard hours during outage seasons, as required. ・Travel up to 50% to customer sites across Japan (and occasionally internationally, as needed). ・Serve as the point of contact for all customer-related matters (technical, administrative, liaison activities, etc.). ・Other relevant duties as assigned. |
