仕事内容
• Strategic Financial Planning — Leads and coordinates key planning cycles (LRP, Annual Plan, LBE) while partnering with business leaders to support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, resource allocation, and contract negotiations. • Business Performance Monitoring — Prepares monthly/quarterly financial reports with actuals analysis, KPIs, and performance metrics, while identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to keep the business on track. • Decision Support & Insights — Provides financial guidance to Business Unit leadership, Marketing, and commercial teams through P&L management, pricing, scenario planning, and in-depth analysis of revenue, COGS, and operating expenses. • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Works closely with Commercial, Market Access, Supply Chain, Tax, and Finance Shared Services teams to ensure accurate data consolidation, COGS maintenance, and timely month-end/quarter-end close activities. • Capability Building & Compliance — Drives improvements to financial systems and reporting tools, educates non-finance staff on financial principles, and ensures full compliance with statutory, accounting, legal, and company requirements.

就業場所：東京本社（東京都港区田町）および会社が認めた就業場所 契約期間：期間の定めなし（定年60歳） 試⽤期間：あり（入社日から3ヶ月間。但し、必要により、3ヶ月を限度とし延長することがある。） 就業時間：8:45〜17:30（休憩1時間） ※フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） 休⽇：⼟⽇、祝⽇、年末年始（12月30日～1月4日）、会社が指定する休日【※年間休日126日】 残業：あり 社会保険：健康保険、厚⽣年⾦、労災保険、雇⽤保険
応募資格
必須(MUST)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in finance, 3+ years of experience as FP&A, or business partnering roles in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices is strongly preferred. • Fluent in English. • Strong financial planning, reporting, and analytical skills. • Proven ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and influence stakeholders. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability. • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
歓迎(WANT)
• Professional certification such as CPA is strongly preferred. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SAP or Power BI is a plus.
