Mission
• To sell laser machinery (generally plotter laser machines and/or Galvo machines) nationwide, but mainly in East and North Japan to existing as well as new customers.
• To meet and exceed targets of units, sales value and profit
• To increase market share
• To help positively build our brand further in Japan.


Responsibilities
• Self-management of own sales opportunities as well as coordination internally with (mainly) Technical Support colleagues
• Prospecting own leads; Strong management of sales opportunities within CRM system (Salesforce)
• Utilizing database to (re)contact previous sales opportunities of such products
• Building up own contacts and prospects via research, assistance from marketing staff included but mainly direct contact/prospecting.
• Explaining verbally; demonstrating and convincing prospect customers of sales points of hardware and software.
• Contact with HQ – Product management, R&D, Production management etc.
• Learning/Studying previous sales successes globally and in Japan to multiply sales.
• Strong understanding of importance of budgets, targets and results
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

Requirements
• Over 10 years’ experience in above related B2B/machinery and or similar equipment work in Japan, (ideally, but not mandatory) having worked with a foreign company in the Japan market.
• Educational Background- Specialist College or higher
• Business English level– MUST (in all aspects: verbal and written)
• Strong track record of success and achieving targets
• Able to handle multiple sales opportunities simultaneously and capable of organizing own schedule to prioritize action.
