| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・Native Japanese speaker with exceptional proficiency in English. Additional language skills in Korean or Chinese are advantageous.・A minimum of 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within a travel/e-commerce/online platform or a leading creative agency. ・Proven track record of independently managing successful campaigns to deliver powerful brand communication, including planning, testing, creative development, and on-going optimizations ・Able to communicate with and influence people from cross-functional/cross-regional teams and diverse backgrounds to drive effective results ・Have sharp and creative eyes, pay close attention to detail, and able to review, evaluate, identify, and guide the best-in-class brand marketing programs and brand related materials across all media channels ・Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale brand marketing campaigns. ・Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. ・In-depth knowledge in traditional and digital marketing channels, including TVC, OOH, Digital, and influencer marketing. ・Proven experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable results. ・Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. ・Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry landscape. |
