Key Responsibilities: ・Execute and manage marketing activities, including campaign operations and CRM, to optimize customer touchpoints — bringing fresh ideas and local insights to enhance relevance and engagement. ・Support the development and execution of Japan’s engagement programs, working closely with global and local cross-functional teams. ・Monitor and analyze performance across campaigns and channels, identify improvement opportunities, and take initiative to implement actionable optimizations. ・Collaborate with global stakeholders (campaign, CRM, and operations teams) to ensure smooth execution while adapting global frameworks to local needs. ・Build strong working relationships with internal teams and partners, proactively identifying ways to maximize business impact through collaboration. ・Take ownership of assigned projects, manage day-to-day challenges, and drive timely delivery with a strong sense of responsibility. ・Communicate clearly with stakeholders, sharing insights, progress, and improvement ideas to support better decision-making. ・Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・Business-level proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).・Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including areas such as customer acquisition, promotions, CRM, product marketing, or channel marketing. ・Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and apply them to improve performance. ・Understanding of B2C marketing fundamentals, including conversion optimization and customer journey management. ・User-focused mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs and pain points through data and/or research, and translate them into actionable improvements. ・Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and insights in a structured and persuasive way. ・Proactive learning attitude, with a willingness to continuously improve and share learnings to elevate team performance. ・Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Experience with BtoC business, consumer products, media and/or e-commerce, app service experience or knowledge is plus.・Passion for travel and technology and the confluence of the two ・Experiences working with global teams and overseas offices |
