仕事内容 ① Reporting Line
Reports to the General Manager of Japan and the Marketing Head at overseas headquarters.

② Mission
Lead marketing for the Japan market of a global luxury / beauty brand, aligning global brand guidelines with local market opportunities.

This role is responsible for enhancing brand presence and desirability in Japan while driving customer engagement and sales growth through strong retail understanding and 360° marketing execution.

③ Key Responsibilities

・Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
・Lead 360° marketing activities across digital, retail, PR, advertising, promotions, events, and launches.
・Adapt global campaigns and product launches for the Japanese market in close collaboration with overseas HQ.
・Analyze consumers, competitors, market trends, launch performance, and sales data to optimize strategies.
・Set and manage KPIs including brand desirability, campaign effectiveness, launch performance, and commercial contribution.
・Lead and develop the marketing team to achieve strategic and operational goals.
・Collaborate with Sales, Training, Retail, and VMD teams to strengthen brand experience and drive purchase conversion.
・Develop retailer－specific marketing activation plans to grow market share across key channels.
・Manage the marketing budget, ROI, pricing, profitability, promotion ratio, stock levels, and P＆L in line with local plans and global guidelines.

標準労働時間：9:30～18:00
（コアタイムは11:00～15:00）
休⽇：⼟⽇、祝⽇
年収：1300万円〜1400万円

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

・8〜10年以上の実務経験。そのうち少なくとも5年以上はマーケティング領域でのリーダー経験
・ラグジュアリー／ビューティー市場における豊富な経験
・PRおよびメディアマーケティング領域での豊富な経験
・日本語および英語に堪能であること。※レポート先は英語話者となります。
