The role is primarily focused on small- and mid-sized molecules, while also supporting other molecules/modalities, e.g., antibody and mRNA/LNP, as needed. An individual in this position is expected to work independently while collaborating closely with internal colleagues, external partners, and manager. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 （雇入れ直後） ・経験を有する同僚の指導のもと、プロジェクトおよび組織目標の達成を支援するため、ディベロッパビィティ評価および製造性評価を実施する。 ・実験データを取得・レビューし、科学的解釈およびリスク評価を行い、結果をプロジェクトの Go/No Go 判断に結び付ける。 ・Engineered Small Molecules、ADME、CMC製剤担当者を含む同一プロジェクトの社内担当者、ならびに外部関係者および上長と連携し、プロジェクト目標の達成を推進する。当面は支援的な役割を担い、その後必要に応じてリーダーとして役割を担う。 ・自ら立案したテーマ、あるいは既存の技術開発プロジェクトへの参画を通じて、新規技術開発に貢献する。 ・上長の指示に基づき、新入社員の教育および受け入れを支援する。 ・機器管理および労働安全衛生等、その他必要な業務を遂行する。 ・Execute developability evaluations and manufacturability assessments under the guidance of experienced colleagues, to support project and organizational objectives. ・Generate and review experimental data, perform scientific interpretation and integrated risk assessment, and translate findings into project Go/No Go decisions. ・Collaborate closely with internal colleagues in the same project team, including Engineered Small Molecules, ADME, and CMC formulation representatives, as well as external partners and manager, to advance project goals—initially by providing support and subsequently by taking on a leadership role as needed. ・Contribute to new technology development through either self-initiated themes or participation in existing technology development projects. ・Support the training and onboarding of new employees according to assignment by supervisors. ・Perform necessary tasks related to equipment management and occupational health and safety. （変更の範囲） 会社内での全ての業務 |
