仕事内容	We are looking for a local finance team member. This role supports accurate financial reporting and day‑to‑day accounting operations in a lean local finance team, ensuring audit and tax compliance while collaborating with overseas shared service teams and internal stakeholders. Your Tasks： Assist the manager with daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, audit, and tax-related activities, including but not limited to: Validate AP, T&E, and PO requests in internal systems Prepare payroll-related and general ledger journal entries Review and reconcile bank transactions Reconcile and validate balance sheet account balances Perform SAP Excel uploads and data exports for analysis Reconcile passthrough inventory movement and sales statements Support audit requests and corporate tax filing compliance Oversee fixed asset compliance in Japan, ensuring CAPEX thresholds are aligned with IFRS, JGAAP, and local tax requirements. Assist with system administration tasks and dimension data maintenance File and manage physical accounting documents as required Communicate with external and internal stakeholders when needed Other ad-hoc tasks as required Your Profile： Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, Nissho Boki Level 2 or higher. Languages: Japanese (Fluent or above), English (Business level) Professional experience: minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in monthly and annual accounting processes. Experience responding to tax accountant information requests for corporate tax filings Foundational understanding of payroll reports and Japanese withholding tax regulations Knowledge of lease accounting and inventory valuation (e.g., standard costing, lower of cost or net realizable value) Preferred： Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) or equivalent Experience at US or European multinational companies Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Practical experience with SAP and/or legacy ERP systems is a plus Professional Attributes： Integrity Hands-on and detail-oriented Continuous improvement mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-country teams remotely Strong multitasking capability Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative Effective time management skills
労働条件	Yokohama Office. (we only have 1 office in Japan, including Tech center and some domain functions)
