| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － University degree or equivalent－ 10＋ years in supply chain, sourcing, or production for apparel or outdoor products － Strong experience with international suppliers － Solid knowledge of manufacturing, materials, and costing － International work experience is an advantage － Team management and leadership － Strong negotiation and supplier management － Knowledge of planning, lead times, and logistics － Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment － Analytical, problem‑solving, and strong communication skills － Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable － Native or fluent in Japanese － Fluent in English － Team‑oriented and hands‑on － Strong ownership and accountability － Comfortable in multicultural environments － Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines － Willing to travel frequently |
