Job Description This position is a highly strategic MSL role within the pulmonary fibrosis and inflammation therapeutic area. You will play a key role in shaping medical strategy by generating actionable insights, building strong scientific partnerships, and contributing across the full product lifecycle—from pre－launch to post－marketing. Main Responsibilities －Collect and analyze actionable insights related to disease management, patient journey, healthcare systems, and unmet needs －Translate field insights into strategic recommendations and actions for Medical Affairs and cross－functional teams －Build and maintain long－term, trust－based relationships with a broad range of external stakeholders including KOLs, HCPs, institutions, and patient groups －Plan and execute stakeholder engagement activities aligned with global and local medical strategies －Deliver high－quality scientific exchange through both in－person and digital （omnichannel） engagement models －Support advisory boards, scientific meetings, and congress activities －Collaborate closely with internal teams including Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access/HEOR, and Patient Engagement －Contribute to evidence generation through investigator－initiated studies, observational research, and RWD initiatives [pj.jiho.jp] －Support clinical trial activities such as site identification, engagement, and enrollment support Help identify healthcare system gaps and opportunities to －improve patient outcomes |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －Life science background （MD / PhD preferred）, MSc, BSc of Pharmaceutical Sciences can be considered.－Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ability － Experience in pharma / clinical / scientific field preferred － High learning agility, ownership, and collaboration mindset Willingness to travel （domestic ＋ possibly global） 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Candidates with Academic background can be considered if they have Therapeutic Area experience－ Non－Industry MDs with Respiratory/Pulmonary Fibrosis TA experience can be considered － MRs with Pharmacist License or Pharmaceutical Science background ＋ reading comprehension to make presentations |
