【Job Mission】 To fulfil the quantitative and qualitative hiring needs in Retail to directly support the business success, Retail Recruiter is the key person to drive in the close collaborative work especially with HRBPs and Retail Managers. S/he is responsible for the entire Retail recruiting activities and most importantly by understanding CHANEL culture and people, to meet the hiring objectives throughout the year. Responsibilities but not limited to : ・Understand needs and job content of open positions, liaising with HRBPs and hiring manager. ・Conceive and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of candidates. ・Source candidates using a variety of search channels (both direct and indirect sourcing) ・Screen candidates resumes and interview candidates to assess the level of fit to the role as well as the cultural fit with the company. ・Manage relationships with agents (Q&A in a timely manner, organize information session/ recruiting seminar when necessary) 雇用形態について ・有期雇用契約社員（１年間） |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Minimum 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruiting role.・Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. ・Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks. ・Experience in using LinkedIn and job boards to proactively source candidates is preferable. ・Knowledge of Workday recruiting module is a plus. ・Working experience in retail industry is preferable. ・Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and relevant applications. ・Language: Japanese (Native), English (Business. TOEIC 800 or Above) ・Interpersonal skills and proactive communication to build good relationships with stakeholders. ・Value teamwork and collaboration. ・Task, time and schedule, and priority management in align with CHANEL recruiting direction. ・System and digital savvy. ・Have understanding and interest to acquire talents, “can-do” spirit, and high agility. ・Be passionate about attracting all candidates and their candidate experience with CHANEL image is mandatory. |
