・Lead and manage the financial accounting and consolidation team, including overseeing monthly/annual closing activities and supporting team development. ・Drive finance and accounting optimization initiatives, including standardization of accounting policies, closing processes, and operational improvements across entities. ・Partner with overseas entities and leadership on complex accounting matters, cross－border projects, M＆A activities, and finance－related system/process implementations. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Strong expertise in financial accounting and international accounting standards such as IFRS and US GAAP, ideally supported by CPA, USCPA, or equivalent qualifications.・Proven experience managing entities and leading cross－functional or cross－border finance projects in an international business environment. ・Business－level English communication skills with the ability to work closely with global stakeholders, senior management, and overseas teams. |
