Transformation / Internal Consulting Lead （Global / Cross－Functional）

－Lead and drive cross－functional and global transformation projects where goals and end－states are ambiguous and highly uncertain. －Structure ill－defined challenges into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and decision－ready options for senior leadership. －Align and coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions — including commercial, IT, finance, HR, SCM, and marketing — as well as across regions. －Act as the key bridge between senior executives, business divisions, IT, and external partners. －Assume a PMO role as needed, overseeing overall project progress, risks, and critical issues. －Review deliverables from external consultants and vendors, and constructively challenge them on quality and practical applicability. －Support executive decision－making through high－quality analysis, well－structured documentation, and clear communication.
