-Lead and drive cross-functional and global transformation projects where goals and end-states are ambiguous and highly uncertain. -Structure ill-defined challenges into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and decision-ready options for senior leadership. -Align and coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions — including commercial, IT, finance, HR, SCM, and marketing — as well as across regions. -Act as the key bridge between senior executives, business divisions, IT, and external partners. -Assume a PMO role as needed, overseeing overall project progress, risks, and critical issues. -Review deliverables from external consultants and vendors, and constructively challenge them on quality and practical applicability. -Support executive decision-making through high-quality analysis, well-structured documentation, and clear communication. Recent Project Examples ・Planning and execution of global projects (key areas such as CRM, SCM, and HR): Launching and driving a global CRM project; supporting implementation across regions ・Cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholder management and consensus building: Coordinating with and supporting decision-making for relevant departments such as Sales, Marketing, MA, IT, SCM, and HR ・End-to-end business process design and promotion of global standardization: Grand design of integrated procurement processes and standardization of accounting codes and code systems ・Support for management decision-making based on data analysis and hypothesis development: Cost structure analysis and support for strategy development for Margin Transformation ・Support for the launch of new services and digital solutions: Service design for the Patient Support Program (PSP) (delivery, symptom management, and nurse support) ■本ポジションの魅力: This position places you at the forefront of complex, ambiguous business transformation challenges — including digital transformation, business process reengineering, and operating model redesign — where there are no predetermined answers. 【必須(MUST)】 ■必要な業務スキル、経験:Must Have -Strong consulting and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate goals and objectives that are ambiguous or not yet clearly defined. -A proven track record in structuring complex issues, building hypotheses, and driving initiatives through to execution. -Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and levels, including senior leadership. -Solid project management skills and a strong sense of execution. -Working proficiency in business English for meetings, documentation, and communication in global project settings. -Background in a consulting firm (strategy or equivalent) or an internal consulting function. -Experience in digital transformation, business process reengineering (BPR), or business system implementation. -Experience leading or driving global or regional transformation projects. ■語学要件: -Native-level Japanese proficiency [Required] -Working proficiency in business English for meetings, documentation, and communication in global project settings. 【歓迎(WANT)】 ■必要な業務スキル、経験:Nice to Have -Experience or knowledge in regulated industries, particularly pharmaceuticals or healthcare. ■求める人材像: We are looking for someone who can proactively identify and structure challenges even in the absence of clear answers, and who can mobilize stakeholders through influence rather than authority.
