仕事内容 The mission of the Strategy Team is to facilitate timely delivery of business value by implementing effective governance processes, engaging with stakeholders with clear communication, and stewardship of the technology portfolio to mitigate risks and expedite execution.

【The job duties】
・Lead the development of the annual ICT strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise business objectives and long-term transformation goals, including proactive identification of risks and opportunities
・Facilitate collaboration with business, digital, and ICT leaders to identify strategic priorities, capability gaps, and emerging technology opportunities
・Own the technology investment and project portfolio, including intake, prioritization, balancing, and lifecycle governance
・Define and manage portfolio-level decision frameworks that evaluate initiatives based on value, risk, cost, and strategic alignment
・Partner with Finance and ICT delivery leaders to ensure financial transparency, investment discipline, and benefits realization of the technology investment budget
・Provide regular portfolio insights, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to support informed decision-making
・Implement tools and processes to record and track investment initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision quality across planning and governance processes and lead continuous improvement
・Leverage best practices (e.g., Lean, Agile portfolio management, value-based investment approaches) to improve organizational maturity
・Contribute to strategic initiatives across ICT or the Strategy & Governance group
・Act as a trusted advisor to senior ICT and business leaders on strategy, investment trade-offs, and portfolio health
・Lead, coach, and develop a small, global team of strategy and planning professionals

【The appeal of this position】
1.Shape the Enterprise ICT Direction: As ICT Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the ICT strategic agenda, partnering with senior leaders across the business to ensure technology directly enables our long‑term ambitions.
2.Drive Global Alignment and Impact: You will coordinate a diverse global ICT portfolio, working closely with stakeholders across our three regional geographies and gaining direct exposure to the full breadth of our international operations.
3.Be a Recognized Thought Leader: Acting as process owner for several critical functions, you will apply your experience and insights to evaluate emerging technologies, prioritize investments, and translate strategy into measurable business value.
4.Lead a High‑Impact, Multicultural Team: You will manage a small but skilled team spread across three countries, offering the opportunity to further develop your people leadership, cultural awareness, and ability to inspire performance in a global environment.
労働条件 Full-time employee, with 6 month trial period
Position/Role: Management position in the ICT Solutions Department

Expected annual salary (as guideline): 13million yen ~ 15.5 million yen
*Annual salary will be considered based on the individual's age, ability, experience, and duties.

Work location: Head office (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo)
Working hours: Super flex system implemented.
Work 3 hours between 7:00 and 20:00 (no core time, regular working hours: 7 hours 40 minutes)
*Hybrid work is promoted: Come to the office at least 3 times a week (or 12 times a month).
*Other systems are available for short-time work for childcare and short-time work for elderly care.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

【Required】
・Expertise in IT strategy development, implementation, and performance evaluation
・Practical experience demonstrating a gradual expansion of job scope and responsibilities in the IT field
・Experience managing a complex IT project portfolio
・Demonstrated proficiency in creating, managing and optimizing an investment budget
・Experience leading others, ideally with teams distributed across multiple geographies
・Bachelor’s degree in a related field

【Languages(must)】
Japanese: business level or above
English: native or advanced business level

【歓迎(WANT)】

【Welcome skills】
PMP, ITIL, COBIT or similar certifications a plus
