| 仕事内容 |
● Coordinate end-to-end project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and marketing. ● Maintain and update project plans, trackers, and documentation to ensure all stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, priorities, and upcoming decisions. ● Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-through from all team members. ● Identify project risks and blockers early, escalate appropriately, and coordinate resolutions to keep workstreams on track and on schedule. ● Manage communication between internal teams and external partners — including tourism boards, technology vendors, and launch partners — ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. ● Support the planning and execution of the Naviu product launch, coordinating logistics, timelines, and cross-team deliverables to ensure a smooth go-to-market rollout. ● Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, tracking commitments, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure accountability on all sides. ● Produce clear and concise project status reports and updates in both English and Japanese for internal teams and external stakeholders. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ● Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar operations role.● Fluent in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) at business level — this is essential, as the role involves communication with both international tourists and Japanese partners. ● Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines with precision and calm. ● Proficiency with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms; comfortable setting up and maintaining shared project trackers. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ● Experience supporting or leading the launch of a new product or service.● Experience marketing a mobile or web application. ● A background in the inbound tourism sector in Japan. ● Familiarity with AR, XR, or emerging technology products, or an enthusiasm for communicating complex tech in simple and engaging terms. ● Existing relationships with tourism industry partners, media, or relevant influencers. |
