工程戦略と技術革新： ロボット製造工程の計画・立案および開発を主導します。特に、大型自動組立ラインにおける重要な技術的ボトルネックの解消に注力します。 組立ラインの開発： 大型かつ高ペイロード（大荷重）の機械システムに特化した自動生産ラインのアーキテクチャ構築と、その構築全体の監督を行います。 標準化とガバナンス： 深い業界知識を活かし、製造工程の基準および標準作業手順書（SOP）の定義、導入、最適化を推進します。 継続的改善： 複雑な機械組立品の生産効率、歩留まり、および製品信頼性を向上させるための工程最適化施策を推進します。 技術的メンタリング： クロスファンクショナルチームに対し、ハイレベルな技術指導を提供し、設計から量産に至るまでの工程実現可能性（フィージビリティ）を確保します。 Key Responsibilities Process Strategy & Innovation: Lead the planning and development of manufacturing processes for robots. Focus on solving critical technical bottlenecks in high-load automated assembly lines. Assembly Line Development: Architect and oversee the construction of automated production lines specifically designed for large-scale, heavy-payload mechanical systems. Standardization & Governance: Leverage deep industry expertise to define, implement, and optimize manufacturing process standards and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance production efficiency, yield rates, and product reliability for complex mechanical assemblies. Technical Mentorship: Provide high-level technical guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring process feasibility from design to mass production. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 学歴：機械工学、生産技術、メカトロニクス、またはそれらに準ずる分野における学士号以上。 職務経験： 機械組立工程の開発における10年以上の実務経験。 ロボット、または大型重機の組立ラインに関する実績がある方を優遇します。 技術スキル： CREO、または同等の3D CADソフトにおけるエキスパートレベルの習熟度。 精密金型および治具設計における確かな能力。 高度な技術文書作成スキル（PFMEA、管理計画書など）。 業界知識： ライン統合、耐荷重試験、精密自動組立など、産業用ロボットに関する深い知見。 人間性・その他： 高い自己駆動力、卓越した分析的思考力、およびR&Dと生産現場の架け橋となる優れたコミュニケーション能力。 Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field. Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical assembly process development. Proven track record in robotics or large-scale heavy machinery assembly lines is highly preferred. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of CREO or similar 3D modeling software. Strong capability in precision tooling and fixture design. Advanced skills in technical documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, etc.). Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industrial robotics, including line integration, load-bearing testing, and automated precision assembly. Soft Skills: High level of self-motivation, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between R&D and production. |
