The Cluster Category Manager （CCM） plays a critical role in accelerating Japan’s B2B growth—driving not only market share gains but also expanding the overall tablet accessories and headset market, helping shape more innovative workstyles across Japan. This position works cross－functionally with global and regional teams, Japan B2B and B2C sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to translate category strategy into action. The CCM leads 4P execution （product, price, place, promotion） to deliver business targets. The role requires strong ownership, self－motivation, and the ability to operate in a fast－paced, matrixed environment. This individual will also serve as the primary counterpart for Apple Japan and collaborate closely to drive category growth. The role reports to the Japan PWS Marketing Lead. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －5＋ years of experience in product marketing and 4P management, ideally in hardware devices－Experience in B2B business development is a plus －Proven track record managing a category or product line with full P＆L responsibility －Experience developing brand strategy and successfully growing a product line through comprehensive GTM planning and execution －Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C customer and partner behavior and decision drivers －Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across the organization －Excellent data analysis capabilities －Demonstrated leadership in building strong internal and external relationships while operating effectively in global teams －Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and regions －Strategic mindset with strong problem－solving, influencing, and decision－making skills －Ability to navigate and execute effectively in a matrix organization －Strong writing and creative thinking skills －Team－oriented with excellent communication skills －Highly self－motivated with strong ownership mindset －Fluent in English （written and spoken required） |
