概要 ・Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Director, the Commercial Planning Senior Manager acts as a key strategic partner and subject-matter expert in performance management, business analytics, data visualization, and insight driven decision-making. ・This role enhances the organization’s ability to execute data based strategies by developing and managing sales systems, tools, and reporting frameworks that provide a comprehensive view of business performance across national, regional, channel, account, and store levels. The position also serves as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, and Finance by delivering actionable insights and recommendations at the channel level. 業務内容 1. Commercial Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Budgeting ・Translate annual brand strategies into actionable commercial plans, including volume targets and budget allocation by region and channel. ・Define strategic priorities based on robust analysis and communicate clear, actionable recommendations/guidance to Sales and cross functional stakeholders. ・Identify risks and opportunities throughout the year and propose timely course correction actions. ・Lead the monthly forecasting cycle in partnership with Finance and Sales, delivering concise summaries and key insights. ・Support annual business planning and budgeting processes with analytical and operational expertise. ・Lead product allocation planning—including rarities—and monitor allocation performance. 2. Data Analysis and Sales Reporting ・Develop and enhance reporting dashboards to track sales performance and activations across multiple dimensions (market, region, channel, customer, distribution point, SKU). Partner closely with Global and APAC data teams to enhance system capabilities and ensure alignment with global standards. ・Manage reporting systems end to end, including data updates, user support, and continuous improvement. ・Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., POS, market panel data) to generate insights and support Sales initiatives. ・Lead tracking and analysis of sales activations using Salesforce (Aspire) data. ・Conduct ad hoc analyses on sales performance, ROI effectiveness, and related business topics. 3. Salesforce and Master Data Management ・Oversee Salesforce data maintenance and deliver training to the Sales team. ・Maintain customer segmentation aligned with global and local guidelines. ・Manage sales related master data, including customer master records. ・Serve as the primary point of contact for the Global Aspire team and ensure effective localization for the Japan market. 4. ALIGNMENT AND COORDINATION OF SALES AND INVESTMENT EFFICIENCY ・Partner with Commercial Finance to provide clear investment guidance based on performance analysis. ・Lead and coordinate review meetings with Sales and Customer Marketing to evaluate sales activations and investment effectiveness. ・Recommend optimization strategies to Senior management to maximize ROI and commercial impact. 5. People Management ・Lead, coach, and develop a team of four, fostering a high performance and collaborative culture. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Languages・Native-level Japanese and business-level English required. Professional experience & know how ・3–5 years of experience in Commercial Planning, Business Intelligence, or Trade Marketing. ・Experience managing data systems (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense, Salesforce). ・Experience in brand/product marketing or product management, and a strong interest in the luxury industry, are a plus. ・Project management experience.
