■ Financial Planning & Control • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly actuals, ensuring robust financial planning to support business growth. • Oversee month-end closing within scope, including P&L analysis and detailed variance review versus budget and prior year. • Partner closely with Accounting to manage accruals, reconciliations, and accounting treatments in line with Group policies and standards. • Drive OPEX planning and cost control for assigned functions, ensuring strong spending discipline and alignment with financial targets. • Review and validate invoices within assigned scope to ensure alignment with approved budgets and company policies, acting as a financial gatekeeper for cost discipline. • Lead Tax and Balance Sheet forecasting and monitor key financial indicators, including working capital and cash flow drivers. • Provide actionable financial insights by identifying risks and opportunities, supporting informed business decisions. ■ Margin Control, Inventory Management & Forecasting • Take ownership of inventory planning and movement, working closely with Supply Chain and HQ • Analyse inventory levels, providing insights to protect margins and guide operational decisions • Oversee inventory control activities, including stock adjustments, write-offs, and discrepancies, ensuring alignment with internal policies • Lead and support the stock-take process from a control and compliance perspective, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and timely resolution • Drive margin improvement initiatives, monitoring performance, challenging existing approaches, and recommending actions to maximise profitability ■ Audit, Compliance & Operations • Support internal and external audits with robust documentation, controls, and compliance • Identify operational and financial control gaps, challenge current practices, propose improvements, and ensure execution • Strengthen operational discipline regarding expense management, stock handling, and process adherence • Ensure alignment between operational KPIs and financial results, highlighting opportunities for improvement ■ Cross-Functional Support • Support scenario planning, and ad-hoc business reviews, contributing to business decisions • Support the Finance Director & Senior BPC Manager in specific topics, when necessary. • Promote a culture of challenging the status quo, driving innovation, and embedding best-in-class financial processes • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting efficiency, and overall control framework. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • 8+ years of working experience in FP&A, preferably in retail industry• Business fluent in English, excellent communication in written & spoken Japanese; French or Spanish is a plus • University degree in Finance, Accounting; CPA is a plus • Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel; knowledge and experience in any ERP software is a plus • Detail oriented with excellent organization and critical thinking skills • Challenging mindset, not afraid to challenge the status quo • Able to perform in a high-pressure/time-sensitive environment and understands the value of working as a team 学歴 Education: - University degree or higher その他 勤務時間 フレックスタイム制 フレキシブルタイム(始業)5 時 00 分~11 時 00 分 / (終業)15 時 00 分~22 時 00 分 コアタイム 11 時 00 分~15時 00 分 給与、ボーナス、その他の福利厚生 パフォーマンスボーナス(会社業績および個人のパフォーマンスにより変動) 通勤手当、各種社会保険、企業年金制度あり 休日休暇 土日祝日、年末年始 |
