【必須（MUST）】 • Native or business－level Japanese and strong English communication skills• Proven ability to craft compelling brand narratives and influence leadership and partners • Strong analytical mindset with cross－functional collaboration capability • Minimum 10 years of experience across marketing, communications, and/or business development • Experience within consumer technology, enterprise technology, fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms preferred • Leadership experience managing teams and external stakeholders • MBA or advanced degree preferred, bachelor’s degree required minimum 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Japanese: Fluent / Native level• English: Business to Fluent level |
