【必須(MUST)】 With 7-10 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, you demonstrate a solidbackground in driving successful sales initiatives. • 3-5 years of experience in People Management, you are showcasing your ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve their goals. • A Bachelor’s degree in a business/communication-related field or equivalent work experience provides a solid foundation for this role. • Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Additional language skills are considered advantageous. 【歓迎(WANT)】 Strong people management skills with a focus on developing and retaining team members to fostera cohesive and motivated workforce. • Proficiency in negotiation, enabling you to secure beneficial deals and agreements for the company. • Practical conflict resolution skills that prioritize safeguarding the customer experience and bolstering the company's reputation. • Ability to construct compelling value propositions that resonate with clients and contribute to the company's success. • Comfortable working collaboratively with international teams, promoting cross-functional cooperation and global synergy. • Satisfaction in operating from a home office in a remote work environment, displaying adaptability and efficiency in remote settings. • Flexibility in traveling as required based on the specified travel level, ensuring active participation in global engagements. • Ability to join meetings across various global time zones within reason, facilitating seamless communication with stakeholders worldwide. • Motivated ambition to achieve assigned Objective Key Results (OKRs), driving personal and team success. • Commitment to upholding company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines. • Willingness to renew a passport and obtain necessary international travel documents, where applicable, to facilitate global mobility. |
