【Purpose of Role】 Support/coordinate budgeting, financial reporting/analysis, propose productivity improvements. 【Key Accountabilities】 Budget ＆ Forecast: Develop and coordinate budgets, monitor changes, provide risk/opportunity analysis, pursue savings, ensure timely and clear reporting. Financial Analysis: Provide timely project financial analysis, highlight risks/opportunities. Accounting Closing: Conduct monthly/yearly closings per German/Japan GAAP. Compliance: Ensure statements comply with local/corporate guidelines, proper use of systems/software. Communication: Regularly communicate with business partners, ensure accountability for financial deviations. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 3＋ years’ experience in Finance （Controlling, Accounting, or Auditing）Solid knowledge of accounting and controlling （university degree or relevant certificates） Strong Excel skills （pivot tables, formulas, data analysis） Bilingual: Japanese （native） and English （business level） 【歓迎（WANT）】 Experience with financial reporting in multinational companiesKnowledge of German GAAP and/or Japanese GAAP Experience with financial systems/software （SAP, etc.） GenAI knowledge or experience applying AI tools in finance |
