| 仕事内容 |
・Lead full－cycle accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, while overseeing AR/AP, treasury, cash flow management, statutory compliance, tax coordination, and audit support, with a focus on strengthening internal controls and optimizing processes. ・Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership by delivering financial analysis and insights, leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, monitoring performance against targets, preparing review materials for regional stakeholders, and supporting funding and liquidity planning. ・Oversee financial reporting to ensure alignment with local regulations and group standards, maintaining accuracy, transparency, and strong governance across all reporting activities. ・Manage commercial governance and risk by reviewing contracts from financial and compliance perspectives, supporting partner onboarding and system setup, and resolving contractual matters in collaboration with legal and key stakeholders. ・Lead and develop the finance team, promoting accountability, continuous improvement. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred・Minimum of 8 years in a senior financial role, with proven experience across budgeting, reporting, tax, and audit functions. ・Experience in manufacturing sector preferred. ・Proficient in using financial systems and Excel to analyze and present financial data effectively ・Strong leadership presence, with the ability to guide teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels ・Fluent in Japanese and English at a business level or above, with native－level proficiency in at least one of the two languages |
