・Act as commercial lead for finance. ・Lead the end－to－end performance management cycle, including monthly reviews, forecasting, and variance analysis to support informed decision－making. ・Design and execute an annual planning framework that aligns resources with strategic priorities while incorporating key internal and external drivers. ・Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to ensure business performance remains on track and responsive to changes. ・Drive continuous improvement through the use of automation, advanced analytics, and streamlined processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline.・Solid experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a complex organizational environment. ・Strong analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking. ・Proficiency with tools such as Excel, data visualization platforms （e.g., Power BI）, and digital/automation solutions. ・Experience working in fast－paced, multinational or matrixed organizations is highly desirable. |
